I didn't like Fiona from the beginning. She's either crying or laughing and dancing around, she very rarely shows a "normal", average behaviour. And thus she is really getting on my nerves. Mandy, however, was really great when she told that fake customer that she doesn't like to smile because she thinks it is not beautiful. That was so unprofessional, I have to love her for it.
