Hi, Hana. You're totally gorgeous! How old are you?
Young enough to have fun and do crazy stuff, but old enough to call myself experienced and be laid-back. Ha, ha!
What is the strangest photoshoot you've ever had to do?
I've had a lot of exciting photoshoots. There was one that was set up like an old movie and it even had an exploding car in the background. I was also in the desert shooting with camels and I did a shoot with some exotic animals: a tiger, snakes, monkeys, a spider and a chamaeleon. I have even been photographed riding an elephant in Bangkok and standing on an ice cliff!
We know models are always travelling. Where are you based now?
I'm staying in my hometown of Berlin. The Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is starting in a couple of days.
What should we go see if we make it to your hometown one day?
In the summer we have beachclubs across the city. But usually the people just hang around on the events, go to restaurants, go clubbing...
What are your current projects and what's the next big assignment you're going to work on?
I'm doing a photoshoot together with Marcus Schenkenberg for a denim brand and I'll probably work on Fashion Week, just like every year. And for this summer, I'm planning a lot of travelling, I want to got to New York and stay there for a while. I just signed up with Next Model Management and they want me to come over for work.
So we spot you in a bar, there's a bit of eye contact, we confidently stand up... What should we say to you?
Well, the best thing is to just come over confidently, not too pushy, and with a nice smile. Dont't talk too big or be over the top, just be naturally you - a man. I would never come over to a man and ask him for a date. I'm too shy and also think a guy should be doing that. If I like you, I'll let you know, but you will have to work for it a little bit as well.
Have you been to South Africa?
Yes, for a shoot for Mango and Opel. I was there for a very short time, but they took me in helicopter to the location, so I could see a bit of the landscape. It was so beautiful! I love the country, the people, the mood... It's fantastic! I want to come back and spend a little more time in SA... maybe also for work.
It says on your MySpace page that you're single. That can't still be true!
It's true, I've been single for about three years now. It's not easy to find the right man with all the travelling I do.
What was the craziest thing that happened when your were competing in GNTM?
It was the whole competitive vibe. Travelling around for a couple of months, being on TV all the time, having all these nerve-wrecking challenges while living with other girls for 24 hours in one room... It was intense! The show changed my life overnight. All those events, interviews, TV shows, people asking for autographs when they recognise you on the street...
Any relation to German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche?
Well, maybe the craziness... I'm very much into philosophy, religion and art. But he doesn't have any connection to my familiy... At least, I don't think so.
We tried to find out what Nietzsches philosophy was about, but it gave us a headache. What's your philosophy?
I try to enjoy life and live it intensely with lots of love and passion for the people who are important in my life. I'm a very religious and spiritual person, I think a lot about life and God. Also, I believe in destiny and predestination.
We've just hosted an awesome World Cup... Are you a footbal fan?
I tried to watch some of the games. Germans love football! It's everywhere! Of course, I had to support Germany, I'm from the Czech Republic, but this time around, our team didn't qualify. Our neighbours Slovakia were also involved, so I supported them. I would have loved to have seen an African team in the final!
You're from the Czech Republic? How many languages do you speak?
Yes, my family still lives there. I only speak three languages: English, German and Czech. But right now, I'm working on my Arabic...
Back to the football... Who's your favourite player?
I'm not into football players. Ronaldinho is cute and there are a few others, but I don't know their names.
Do you have any tattoos?
No, I don't, but I have a few piercings.
What is your favourite alcoholic drink?
I don't drink.
Other than you, who are the sexiest women in the world?
Adriana Lima and Gisele Bundchen.
Tell us something interesting you have learnt about men...
Wow; they are so different from women and we will never understand them! We cannot be with them, but nor can we be without them. Most men are a big question mark for me. It would be helpful to have a male „dictionary“, because what men say and what men mean are two different things.
Say something really sexy to us in German... Please!
Ha,ha! German is not very sexy. But I can say something nice in Czech: […..] Once I'm better in my Arabic, I can tell you something in that as well... Arabic is a very sexy language!
The internet tells us that means „My beautiful Jerusalem“ - you're the first girl we have met who likes to be compared to a city! Do you play any sports?
I used to play volleyball, do yoga and ride horses.
What is the most fun you've ever had with your clothes on?
Running around in a catsuit with a big ...[?] at Carnival.
What is your biggest turn-on?
Perfume. I love when if a man smells good. I like nice hands and a nice smile, a masculine chest - and he must be self-confident and outspoken.
What is your favourite chocolate?
Anything with nuts, caramel and cream. I love Germany's Kinderschokolade!
Who's the most famous person you've ever met?
I have the good fortune of meeting famous people all the time, through work. The most exciting were Beyonce, Pharell and Robbie Williams.
And who's the most famous guy who ever made a pass on you?
Sorry guys, a lady doesn't talk about things like that.
Okay. Would you date a guy simply because he was famous?
I wouldn't date a guy just because he is famous. No way.
You are in impeccable shape! How do you stay looking so awesome? Are you an exercise fan?
Right now, I'm actually quite lazy... I should work out much more. But I will start again soon, doing some kickboxing, Pilats and getting the lessons in all the gyms.
We're thinking of becoming a male model ourselves. What are the model agencies looking for? Do we have what it takes?
You would be surprised. Not all male models are classically handsome. Some have this weird, unique look. You can never really tell what the current trend is - and what the fashion industry likes is not necessarily what a woman would ever consider sexy. I would never think of dating a male model, I'm much more into the more masculine types, with that edgy, harsh look.
