    Hmm, I actually have no idea! I found these on etsy.com and the author of the ads has stated the names of the cover models so I guess we have to trust him with the names he's listed, lol. But you've correctly noticed the difference in the eye color. I guess it's not her. There were often celebs on the cover of JUST SEVENTEEN, I wonder if she's not a model, perhaps a singer?

    Thank you! Hmmm, I though I could recognize Magali but apparently I'm mistaken. Thank you, @Chirkomania and @Martial! Not Tatiana, she has a more Asian-Russian look unlike this model that I don't recognize.
