The Gorsuch shooting took place in Aspen, Colorado (they said so on Facebook, you can check for yourself). What she shot in Sweden was probably the French Vogue editorial with Andreas Sjodin - he's Swedish, he's probably based there (studios, etc.). In Tenerife:

I guess Toni wasn't in St. Barths for VS - then again - maybe the topless ones are from between taking off the bikini top and putting on the pink jacket... but the 4th pic looks like she is posing with the jacket open at the front...
