Ryan Seacrest introduced Adam as "newly-single" in an interview a few days ago, but Adam never commented on it so perhaps they aren't even together anymore. VS loves cheesing it up with boyfriends/husbands of the Angels. I'm surprised Kings of Leon hasn't been connected to VS somehow. Also, poor Sara got like 2 seconds of screen time :\

I actually really like that swim video. At first I was like 'why are they using such an old song?' but it definitely works. Girls looked great, too.

Karlie's eyebrows have a natural yet prominent arch in them. The only way to really tame them would be to shave them off and draw them in, and that look just doesn't work... :yuckky:

The Carl's Jr. commercial she did was a lot racier than the Mercedes Benz teaser. Guess we just have to wait and see if the actual commercial is like.

Having her front the Gorgeous campaign and join Erin and Toni in the Dream Angels campaign were solid moves on VS' part.

I have a soft spot for Lindsay. She's so ethereal and beautiful. She's done a few campaigns this past year that really won me over and I hope they continue to utilize her beauty.

I think Lily looks the best as far as post-pregnancy bodies go between the three that just gave birth.

I'm going to try to explain what we're trying to get across... My favorite model is Anne V (clearly). I think she's incredibly beautiful, versatile, should be loved by everyone, etc, etc. But I know that's unrealistic and it doesn't bother me in the slightest that it doesn't happen. I don't think everything she touches is gold. There are some misses because that's just reality (Jeremy Scott 2004, I'm looking at you D: ) Of course I want her to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated and I want her to be an Angel and walk the VSFS and book incredible blue chip campaigns left and right. Now Karlie becoming an Angel and Anne not isn't going to cause me to lose any sleep and while Karlie isn't my favorite model, I still like her and wish her success. I never cared for Chanel, but when she became an Angel, I didn't go around saying OMG SHE'S THE WORST/UGLY/ETC, WHY VS, WHYYYYY? SHOULD'VE BEEN SO AND SO INSTEAD! I'M DONE WITH VS. That's what certain people are doing. That's what is rubbing some people the wrong way. It's not the opinion, it's the fervor in which they bash the models and praise their favorites.

I'm not really fond of repeat covers, but I completely agree with what you said. It's a business first and foremost. I'll admit that I'm not a huge fan of Kate, but she has grown on me over the past few months. Whoever it is, I'm excited to see the final product.

I really can't even guess who they're going to put on the cover. I want Anne, but I feel like she might have a better shot next year. It'll be her 10th year (if she shoots for them, which I'm pretty sure she will) and she'll have Die Hard and hopefully Lullaby under her belt so she'll have had more exposure to the mainstream media. Crossing my fingers for Anne, but I'd be happy with a group shot. Or Nina. She's just lovely (:

This is getting beyond ridiculous.

Everyone's body is built differently. How is that so hard to understand? You don't know if she's starving herself or going through ridiculous means to obtain her body, you just assume. She talks about healthy eating and we've seen her exercising/know she was a ballerina. We don't see her smoking or posting photos of her doing drugs like some of the other models that everyone adores. Until I see that, I'm going to keep my judgments aside. VS also promotes a fantasy and they create curves! Why else would they create a bra that adds two cup sizes or with extra padding? For girls who already have boobs? No. I don't think so.

Actually, body shaming is one of the reasons anorexia exists and that's exactly what you're doing.
