i'm a lil surprised hearing this from you egle, but i do so much agree w/ you on this. i mean like maybe 5-4 years ago when i was like 15, i was iron flat & i was so dreaming about havin' those j.lo type of curves, i was actualy begging God to make me look like that ... & now idk how to loose more & more weight, bulimia, surviving days only on red bull and ciggarettes. your thin you can wear whatever you want, i'm not the type who would usualy care but i feel like there's a pressure to be thin. and i'm not being mean or anything but skinny jeans don't work for fat people, fashion doesn't work for fat people, i guess this is how it goes now ... harsh but so true

then do something about it iry, seriously ... i' don't encourage no1 to do this, it's quite dangerous coz you can never know where your mind can take you on this, now your scared and next thing you know you love the sensation & AN is no joke :| it happend to me 3 times, one time is out coz i was drunk so it was normal ... and 2 times from this but it wasn't quite beautiful because of the euforical-fainting state i was in. no food+no sleep+smoking lots= no good, so i couldn't enojoy the colourful dots vision. but it sure is something tho

diets work all the time, if you keep them right. no eating = weight loss no matter wha* If you wanna loose weight, see your BMR then create a deficit of 30% in it & all you need to do after is count your calories, you can eat whatever you want as long as it stands in that caloric limit. + as some person above said drink lots of water, it keep your body runnin'.
