Our Usmagazine.com tattler tells us that Hilary — who has been single since splitting in November from Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden (he’s currently dating Nicole Richie) — arrived arm-in-arm with her sis’ a little after 11 p.m., looking tipsy.
