The Official Victoria's Secret Thread
If The Weeknd is performing at the VSFS, Bella will be there one way (guest) or another (walking in the show). They're rumoured to be dating for the past few months.

Usually, all of the new girls start in Direct, the girls come to Milan to meet with clients for 2-3 months, and as time passes by and depending on whether they get jobs, they get moved to Mainline. Irina Sharipova had the same trajectory so I'm guessing Direct is a testing branch to see if she gets any work. She'll be in Europe during Fashion Week in London, Milan and Paris. It'll be interesting to see if they send her to any show castings.

Danni wrote in May that she had signed with them and I checked their website and she was on there. Maybe they took her off the roster and they put her back again, IDK

Isn't she signed to Women Milan already? She's on their Direct roster, so in a sense she has a contract with them.

Rock is alive!
Fo example, Bernstein's renditions of Beethoven are really hazardous if you compare them to other conductors (Karajan, Celibidache, Ozawa). To the untrained ear, it sounds ok but to the more experienced, it's pretty awful, but then again, everybody likes their Beethoven / Mozart / Rachmaninoff etc. differently. Not two pairs of ears are the same I haven't seen Leah live so I'm only judging her on the studio albums. Of course, different drummer, different style, different vibe, but I personally liked Nick's drumming more.

Rock is alive!
I know everybody has their bad days and touring can take a toll, so I cut him some slack. Soon after that concert, I went to see Evgeni Kissin perform Rachmaninoff and Beethoven and he had a pretty bad cold but he played for 2 hours plus an encore and did not miss a beat. I think Nick left in 2008 and was replaced by Leah Shapiro from the Raveonettes. I like Leah but sometimes I feel she's a bit too soft. I guess you feel about Meg just like how I feel about certain renditions of Beethoven!

Rock is alive!
I went to a concert of his in 2012 and it ended pretty shortly (he played about 50 minutes) simply because he didn't like the sound. I know the man is an artist and a genius and all that but I never made it to a White Stripes concert and I figured this would be the closest I would get, so yeah, I love his genius, but I don't dig the man. But then every time I say I'm done with him, he releases or produces something I really like so then I start liking him again. Conflicted indeed. Meg rocks. Sure, she's no Keith Moon or Questlove, but she gave drumming a raw feel that my teenage ears weren't familiar with, Nick Jago ex-BRMC and Patrick Carney from the Black Keys also have that same style. For a while she was one of the few female drummers in rock that the general public was aware of especially since rock is such a male-dominated genre.

An interesting cover of U2's Love is Blindness' by Jack White (I'm very conflicted about this guy, don't know why)
