'Dark Knight Rises' new viral: Joseph Gordon-Levitt's role detailed A new viral campaign for The Dark Knight Rises has been released, centring on Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character. Gordon-Levitt plays Gotham police officer John Blake, whose performance review is revealed in the viral. The review (released by SuperHeroHype) is overwhelmingly positive, with Blake generally scoring 4s and 5s out of 5 in different sections of his assessment. "Officer Blake shows great dedication and tenacity," the report states. "He made an impact in his assigned beat by building effective associations within the local community." The report goes on to note that Blake "needs minor improvement in his relationships with fellow officers", and that his thoroughness gives him a tendency to "question authority". Previous viral campaigns have centred on Lucius Fox (Morgan Freeman) and Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart). The Dark Knight Rises' running time and UK certificate of 12A were confirmed yesterday. Writer Jonathan Nolan has dismissed concerns that the film's story will feel cluttered.

There has been talk of a One Direction film in the past, and whilst nothing concrete has emerged, it looked likely that they would appear in any possible film themselves. However, the band told The Sun which actors they would want to play them should there ever be a film made about the British boyband. Heartthrob Harry Styles picked Orlando Bloom, famed for his role in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, whilst Louis Tomlinson plumped for Leonardo DiCaprio. Liam Payne chose Twilight's buff Taylor Lautner (pictured below), with Niall Horan picking Harry Potter's Draco Malfoy, actor Tom Felton. Zayn Malik however, rather oddly, picked bandmate Louis Tomlinson as the perfect man to play him in a film.
