Inguna all the way. the dress just looks better on her. And, if we're talking about fairnes, Eugenia is standing/walking, so that we can actually see her body and posture,and Inguna is in a pose that doesn't reveal much of how her body looks in the dress, so it would be easier for people to choose Eugenia, cause they see it better on her. but still I think Eugenia adds an somehow masculine look the the beautiful dress.

Yeah it's the same thing with me. I like her, but there's just something about her face... The very first pic of her I saw was this and I thought "How can she be considered beautiful?" Then I saw much more of her and I see her appeal and her sexyness and everything...
