it's funny how ppl don't know that everyone's face changes through the years and especially nose, since it's the center of the face, it's impossible to have the same nose at the age of 25, that you had at the age of 15 cuz 15 is really young and everyone still looks like kid and 25 is a grown woman and bone structure and everything changes and you lose baby face and get more classy look.
