Well, I use concealer, but they're not super bad. It may be in the genes, then you just have to live with it.

I find that pencil eyeliner looks too... smudgy, I guess and liquid is too dark and harsh, it's really tricky. Maybe I should try different brands? I would love to find a very very thin liquid eyeliner. Any suggestions?

I don't like fake tan (especially when it's ORANGE) . I always get a tan in summer even though I think I look better without it. Oh well, it doesn't stay for a very long time anyways.
