Iran looks like it's under the typical US Regime change attack using the same old American tactics, complete with propaganda and a puppet prince. On Twitter Trump's loony cult like MAGA bots are supporting US aggression despite Trump having campaigned as a peace president, 'no new wars' etc. Like Steve Miller with Venezuela, they seem to believe that kidnapping or killing some top people of a foreign country means that the US has taken over the country. The kidnapping of Maduro excited them greatly and filled them with purposeless bloodlust. It also looks like Iran's Supreme Leader is not budging much from US demands. He is 86 years old, Sunni Muslim and is probably unafraid of death. Trump and his puppet masters, if they use successful force will excite the MAGA base again in bloodlust and approval (like the proles watching gladiators kill each other meaninglessly in the Colosseum). If they fail and Iran sinks some high value assets, including the Gerald Ford Carrier this would be one of Trump's greatest humiliations.

The day a US Carrier is sunk by massed drones/missile strikes is the beginning of the end of American empire in world history. Russia-Iran has plenty of experience now thanks to the Ukraine war.
