Gah...she's so adorable!

She had wings in 2009 (the ones that looked like a big scarf) and 2010 (big rainbow butterfly wings) both in the Pink section. Her first wings outside the Pink section were in 2011 (the comic book looking wings) but she had outfits outside Pink in '09 and '10.

I don't think any of us really know the answer to that, but I think if they're smart, VS will make the transition slow from Pink to VS. I know we all want to see Elsa shine in mainline, but she's their most popular Pink model, and has been for years so to pull her suddenly wouldn't necessarily be wise. Using her in both for a little bit will get people to see that yes, that's the same girl, we liked her in Pink, we'll still like her in mainline. I know WE (as her fans) see her and will of course recognize her, but the casual shopper/VSFS viewer/catalog browser may not realize it's the same girl right away. Using Behati as an example, she became an angel in 2009, but still worked with Pink for a good 2+ years after that. It wasn't until 2012 that she wasn't walking in the Pink section at the show anymore. I don't think they need to drag it out that long, I think Behati should have been moved into mainline sooner than she was, so hopefully they won't do the same with Elsa. Regardless of what they do with her, though. I want her to get the respect she deserves of being an angel. I'm already so over seeing people try to downgrade her status by saying she's "only" a "Pink angel" or she's "just" there to work with pink. Angel is an angel, she deserves the respect all the rest of the girls are given.

I don't think it was meant to be bitchy, and lets always remember we're seeing edited clips. I think it was Candice's way of letting everyone watching know this trip isn't a fun, relaxing one. That they were going to literally be working non-stop for the next 4 days. No time for sightseeing, no time for sleep, just work. I think she meant it to let the people watching know, but because they edited it to show her sort of correcting Elsa twice in a row it makes it look like she's being snippy. To me, it looked more big-sister to little sister "you don't know what you're in for" and Elsa handled it gracefully. The two of them were next to each other at the VS store photo op, and were hugging and smiling so lets not start creating a phantom war between them. Like I said before, maybe for the non-angels there is a little more free time because they have less press and behind the scenes interviews to film than the Angels do. I get the impression that Candice doesn't like anyone to think her job is an easy one (who would? they all work very hard) so she didn't want anyone to think they're having a leisurely, fun "girls trip" to London, no matter how hard VS is trying to promote it like that.

I know, I love Candice, but she was shutting down everything Elsa said. I don't think it was intentional, but poor Elsa. "I hope I can sightsee a little"..."There won't be any time for sightseeing" "I hope I can get a little sleep on the plane"..."I don't think there will be any time for sleep on the plane." Maybe that's just her way of letting Elsa know things are a lot different when you go from VS model to VS angel. I'm sure the number of interviews, prep work, and behind the scenes stuff goes up exponentially.

If you don't pay attention to her, why did you answer? I'm aware this isn't Elsa's thread, but someone asked a question and I was simply responding to said question just like you did. That being said, I don't see a need to try and classify Elsa's angel status as any less or any different than the other angels. Just like Behati, Elsa worked with Pink for several years, and was then promoted to angel. If the original questioner has further questions I'm sure the people in Elsa's thread will be much friendlier about answering them. No need to get all snippy and defensive about things.

She (Elsa) was the Pink "Ambassador" or spokesperson, and while VS has not officially confirmed it, Elsa's agency has it in her bio on their website that she's now an angel. Not a "Pink" angel, an angel just like all the other girls.

No, I don't think she'll be an angel any time soon, either. I just meant a non-angel contract. I think she'll need to put in a few more years with the company before she becomes an option for angel IMO

I was watching the casting video VS posted on youtube for this year's show ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Iw4wTlm4Mw ) and around 4:13 they mention how they pull out the "contract models" and move them to the "permanent board" AKA pulling out the girls from the casting who have contracts and are automatically in the show, and you can see what I'm almost positive is Martha's photo get moved over to that board. So apparently she does have a contract...I'm wondering if maybe it's something along the lines of a development type of thing since she's still relatively new to the brand, but I don't really know how their non-angel contracts tend to work. I don't know if this is new information, if not you guys can just be like "duh, we knew that already" and I'll put myself in time out for not being up to date on my information. I could be interpreting it wrong of course, too, that's always a possibility. They also show a quick shot of her casting in the video, if anyone hasn't seen it yet. Sorry I can't figure out how to embed the video in here nicely like everyone else does...it's 7am and I haven't gone to bed yet so my brain isn't functioning at full capacity.

Kinda sucks for Elsa that she won't get to go to the big viewing party with the rest of the girls AGAIN this year, because she is going to go host an event. I'm sure she'll have a good time, but she'll be working, where the rest of the girls who walked in the show and especially the angels will be enjoying watching the show together and partying.

OH GOOD! I just read on Tumblr "It's been confirmed Elsa has a second outfit this year." It had no source, though so I have no idea who or how it was confirmed, but I have a feeling that each model that's had an outfit revealed thus far has a second (or third in the case of the Angels) that isn't being revealed yet, to maintain a little bit of surprise. For example, they've shown two of Candice's three outfits, but the third we haven't seen yet. Of course I could be completely wrong, that wouldn't be the first time. It's pure speculation!

Most people are believing it's Lindsay considering her absence of work with the brand, since they've done a couple of short instagram videos with Doutzen so they've at least had some activity from her, plus she did events at the start of the year for VSX. Ale's sticking around since they can't drop her that quickly after the Fantasy Bra (I doubt they'd pull a Marissa on her). It's been tradition so far that every girl that becomes the PINK spokeswoman becomes an Angel so it's natural for Elsa to fill in the next slot I agree with you on Elsa being the next natural step. Martha hasn't been working with the company long enough to be considered for Angel status yet. It's only been a little over a year, I believe? That she's been working, granted its been a lot, but even Karlie walked in the show for a few years and did catalog stuff before they gave her a contract. I can see it coming for Martha eventually if they don't burn her out to the public. However, I think it's been coming down the line for Elsa for a while. We all had an idea that her Pink Ambassador contract was drawing to a close so it was going to either be a renewal of that, or promotion to Angel. She's getting too old for Pink, and after them starting to use her in some main line stuff, and giving he that fragrance campaign earlier in the year, I think it was clear that they had every intention of keeping her around. I'm glad they gave it to her, if they'd given it to anyone else I would have been really disappointed. Elsa has been working hard for the brand and paying her dues, she definitely deserves the spot she got. Now I'm sincerely hoping she gets more than one outfit at the show this year. Didn't they have Behati continue to walk in Pink for a year or two after she got her Angel contract, but still get other outfits in the show as well? I can never keep track of them all! Either way, I'd like to see her open Pink (because despite her being Ambassador she never got to open that section, dumb) and have at least one other outfit.

It's probably Ale and Adri last VSFS. Everbody wants to see these two amazing angels leave the brand in beauty. And I'm sure Behati is the next one for the fantasy bra I'll believe that when I see it. People have been predicting Adriana's departure for the last 3+ years now. Besides that, not renewing their angel contracts doesn't equate their last VSFS. Look how long Heidi kept walking after no longer being an angel. Say what you will, I still don't think either of them deserved to get it this year, but the only upside is both FB's are gaudy. Too much going on, hopefully if/when Bee gets one, it'll be less overdone.

I couldn't agree more. Everyone talking about how "hot" she looks in them, or how it doesn't matter because she's been involved in nude photo shoots needs to remember there is a huge difference between consensually submitting to a nude photo shoot and having someone hack into your private photographs and share with the world something that was intended to be private between herself and whomever she had chosen to share them with. Is it okay to rape someone, just because they've had sex before? Because you're basically saying the same thing, FYI. We should not excuse the behavior of the people who decided to leak her photos because they "aren't as bad" as other celebrities, it doesn't matter what is or isn't shown in them, it's the basic principle of the matter. It's an utter and complete invasion of Candice's privacy and to be honest, I'm really disappointed in the reaction I've seen in people on these message boards. We're supposed to be fans and supporters, for people to belittle this disgusting thing that has been done to her makes me feel ashamed. The moderators of these boards should ban discussion of these photographs all together, if you ask me. And by the way, using the excuse of "If you don't want the photos leaked, don't take them" or "being a celebrity means that sometimes things like this are going to happen" is just like someone who says "If you don't want to be raped, don't wear a short skirt!" You should never ever ever EVER excuse the atrocious behavior of an attacker (and yes, Candice and other celebrities have been attacked) by blaming the victims.

A lot of the girls have been with the company for a long time. It's not as though Adriana hasn't gotten a FB before. She has, she's gotten it twice. I'll be very disappointed with the VS higher ups if they give it to her for a third time. I'm just over her in general. I don't really care how many years she's "put in" with the company, in my opinion she should have bowed out already, but it is what it is. There is no reason in the world she should get a third FB when there are other angels who have been around for 7 or 8+ years and haven't even had it once. What is she going to do with it that will make it any more special or different than the other two she already had? She'll do the same stompy walk, arms outstretched, shaking her head back and forth mouthing "thank you, I love you!" blow some kisses, maybe draw a big heart with her fingers at the end of the runway. She literally does the exact same thing every time she walks, yet people are quick to jump on Candice and Lily and call their walks boring and predictable. I guess I've just never understood the Adriana hype, or consumed the Adriana kool-aid. In all fairness, who should REALLY get the FB is poor Lindsay, whom I sadly dub "The Forgotten Angel" since it's pretty clear her contract isn't going to get renewed. She'll have gone through her entire career as an angel without ever getting a FB, opening a show, and getting little to no recognition from VS. I'm not a big fan of her, myself (I've always found her to be boring), but she's still an angel, even though VS seems to forget they have her on the payroll most of the time. I'd like to see VS be less predictable this year and let Behati, Lily, or Doutzen get the FB (yes, D was pregnant, but Alessandra had just had her baby when she got hers and they made it work for her). I'm sincerely hoping they don't take the predictable route and toss another one Adriana's way, but if she doesn't get it I'm sure her fans will ravage whoever does about how unfair it is that their "queen" doesn't have another one to add to her collection.

Wouldn't they already have shot the FB shoot by now? I thought I remember Candice saying something last year about doing it over the summer, especially if Ed said they're going to reveal it this month. If it's getting a September reveal they wouldn't only just now be shooting it in September. I really hope Adriana doesn't get a third bra when there are Angels like Behati and Doutzen that have been around for years and haven't gotten one yet. Unpopular opinion, I know how many of you love her, but I'm tired of seeing the same person get all the attention. I know Doutzen was pregnant during the time when they would have shot/fit for the bra, but I'd really like to see Behati get it. She's been with the company for a lot of years now. How many times are we going to say "But this could be Adirana's last year, she should get it!"? Everyone said that last year, too when they wanted her to get it over Candice, but guess what, she didn't retire. Maybe she was there shooting with Jerome for VS sport and they took advantage of the space to get in some shots of their own, but you can tell by what she's wearing these particular shots are definitely not VS shots. Ummm VS Sport does have a line of seamless undies specifically for their sportswear. So this could potentially be VS Sport after all... The thing is, VS shoots have a very particular look about them. The outfits tend to match, there's lots of lighting, sets, and the models are in full hair and makeup, even for VS sport. What Candice is wearing in these photos look a lot more like her own personal underwear/bra (probably what she had on when she arrived for the shoot) than anything I've ever seen made for VS sport. You can tell she doesn't really have any makeup on, and her hair isn't done (it's down and messy in one, then up in a quick and messy bun in the other two. Likely because she has pointe shoes on and she was turning and didn't want her hair in her face while doing so). I'm not trying to argue, or anything like that. I don't know, I guess I would just be very shocked if these ended up being for anything VS related. Who knows! Maybe someday we'll find out, maybe we'll never know. Maybe VS will see these and be inspired to use Candice's ballet for something soon.

i wonder what thats for , cuz i dont think she went through all that trouble just to post these on ig I think she's been working with Jerome Duran on some sort of photo-book. Maybe something similar to what she was planning on doing with Russel that never quite panned out. They (Candice and Jerome) seem to be paired up often, especially with all the travel photos of Candice. Perhaps these have something to do with that. In other news, so so so excited to finally see a photo of Candice en pointe. She has beautiful feet, her arches are incredible. I have a feeling her mother/former ballet teacher will be scolding her for her posture in that photo though. Yikes! I'm sure it was just for the photo, though. You don't dance for that many years and have feet that beautiful without knowing proper ballet posture. I wish we could see a video of her dancing, I bet its breathtaking. She must do ballet still in her free time, most dancers can't just go back up into pointe if they haven't done it for a long time because they no longer have the proper ankle strength.

Uhm, excuse them, Behati was an Angel long before Karlie Kloss came along. If anything, Karlie "joined the ranks" of models like Behati, Adriana, Alessandra, Candice, etc. NOT the other way around. PUH-LEASE! Get your facts straight!! That irritates me to no end.
