Only two outfits for Candice this year? That's super shitty. Non angels got two outfits last year, I'm so disappointed in the decisions VS has been making with this show.

Ale's wings in Passion way back in 2011 were thirty pounds. Constance's Shipwrecked wings were pretty heavy if I remember correctly but as for the actual weight, that I'm not sure. I've always wondered if Candice doesn't wear the "heavy' wings because she can't do her trademark "watch me stick my ass out and look like I'm hurting my back move." VS doesn't put her in anything that covers her gorgeous body. And those wings few posts before mine look super heavy, I think nobody could wear them, so they end up not using them on any model. They were too pretty to not be in the show, that is why I think they were heavy for everybody. Please see every show 2008 through 2014 except 2012. She's had at least one outfit that's covered her up. 2013 she was fitting Constance's Shipwrecked look that had heavy wings. I wonder if it had been for her but she turned it down because she doesn't do heavy wings. Of her looks from her debut in 2007, only maybe three wings looked particularly heavy on her (2009 Enchanted Forest, 2011 I Put A Spell On You, and 2014 Gilded Angels). I'm not saying the harp wings weren't heavy because they certainly look it! Just odd that she doesn't wear particularly heavy looking wings much. But that's just my two cents, take it as you will. I agree, I think candice just doesn't do heavy wings much. She was walking slow as hell in gilded angels and somebody told me it was because of the wings. Candice and heavy wings are a no, they even impact her walk. I get the feeling the purple wings in 2012 were nice in size but because they were made out of fake flowers, they were light. The reason Candice didn't get those wings from Shipwrecked is because she was too short for them. They were dragging on the ground too much for her. She's on the shorter side for a model, despite what her agency and VS wants to put on their profiles for her she's only about 5'8 and the larger wings tend to dwarf her. They tried to give her those harp wings and pulled them at the last second because they were too big and heavy for her, and she couldn't maneuver down the runway safely. She has said several times how disappointed she was to not get to wear them, but was glad the decision was made because if she'd fallen she'd have never been able to get up by herself.

I was lurking her instagram and I feel like her parents might know Ed. She mentions him/thanks him a lot, way before any of this stuff, and she's from Ohio which isn't he from there originally?

Have they said what time zone they're doing the reveal in? I've been thinking all along 3pm and it just dawned on me that it's probably 3pm west coast time, so it'll be later for those of us on east coast time.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Angels start doing more general press for the show/new bra lines that are out but we shall see!

I really have a feeling tomorrow's event has nothing to do with the show. If you go to VS's twitter and read through tweets & replies anything mentioning or having anything to do with the show gets a #vsfashionshow tag. Tomorrow's event has never had anything mentioned to do with the show. A couple of people even asked who is wearing the FB/when they'll announce it and they just say "You'll have to stay tuned to find out! #vsfashionshow" or "We can't tell you that secret just yet! #vsfashionshow" I think if tomorrow had anything to do with it they'd say "Tune in tomorrow to find out!!" to make sure people are paying attention. I think the event tomorrow has nothing to do with the show or the fantasy bra. I hope I'm wrong just so everyone will stop talking about who they think has it and who they hope doesn't get it, but I really think they are two completely separate things.

There's a picture of Elsa with the #upforanything tag on instagram, too. I don't think who is in the photo means anything. I'm not even sure this event has anything to do with the show or the fantasy bra or they would have tagged the post with something about the show as well.

They usually announce things before the show on Tuesdays...this Tuesday is Candice's birthday so maybe they will announce that she got the FB on her birthday

Lais said #tb to T&C so I think she was talking about where the photo was taken. We'll know soon where Candice will end up. Perhaps to Mustique where Behati is.

I'd like to see Candice get it, I'd be happy for Behati too but I don't think she's "known" enough to get it, and I think if having a husband in a famous band made you a strong contender then Lily would have had it already. I don't see Lily getting it this year (or at all) because she's just not one of VS's main girls. I know Candice just had it in 2013, but Ale had it in 2012 and then got another in 2014. I don't think Ale or Adriana will get it this year, as they both had it last year. I feel like VS wanted Candice to get it for 2015 and the 20th anniversary show and thats why they did a double FB last year. If any of the "new angels" gets it I will riot. If it doesn't go to Candice, I'd be pretty surprised. I also don't see them having Maroon 5 perform because A) they've already performed (yes I know, Taylor Swift performed two years in a row) but B) they were big names for the swim special and it would get redundant. All just my humble opinion! Who knows, maybe Ed played us when he said Candice got stuck in Brazil during the holiday commercial shoot, and she was actually in NY getting fitted for the Fantasy Bra. One can hope, right??

It wouldn't be FB would it? Isn't that usually shot by Russel? I don't know who this photog is! Whatever it is, they seem intent on keeping it hush hush for the moment.

Literally every single one of them arrived no later than the night before, so no. I wouldn't call what happened unprofessional but more not very smart of her. I'm sure VS will find a way to incorporate her in the holiday business. How do you know she didn't attempt to arrive the night before? If she was stuck in Brazil, she was stuck in Brazil. It's a 9 hour flight (if its non stop) from NYC to Rome, and another (aprox) 9 hours from Sao Paulo to NYC, and that's not including the flight from wherever she was to get to the bigger airport in SP. That's 18+ hours of flying, I'm sure Candice, being a model in the industry for this many years had planned to have plenty of time to get herself to the proper airports. Its not like this is something that's happened to her before. Flight delays happen, and at some point she had to know that if she wasn't getting to destination one by X time she wasn't going to make it to destination two in time either, which means missing getting to Rome. With the amount of $$$ VS is shelling out for this shoot (and all the other holiday commercials) they cannot and will not hold off for ANYONE not even Candice, who is one of their main angels right now. To call her actions "not very smart" is extremely disrespectful and makes me wonder if you have any idea how traveling internationally really works. This is a fan board can we please be a little supportive of Candice instead of constantly criticizing her every move? It's not like she was hop skipping and jumping around Brazil thinking "I don't need to get to Rome! They'll wait for me!"

Man some of you guys can be such ass*oles. This is what life is for people who travel 24/7 and it could have happened to any of the girls. A majority of them arrived the day of the shoot. They have lives outside of VS whether it was working other jobs or just existing as themselves. Candice works hard and deserves to take time off. We all know she loves to go down to Brazil and unwind, and that's a vital part of her down time, as well as spending time with her boyfriend. She practically lives down there. Who knows why the flight was delayed, maybe it was bad weather or some kind of equipment malfunction and we should all be thankful she didn't fly under dangerous conditions. Does it suck that she's missing the holiday commercial shoot? Sure it does, and I'm sure she's bummed about it, but I doubt she's bawling her eyes out. In the scheme of things its not THAT big of a deal. We were all worried VS was leaving her out for some unknown reason, Ed was kind enough to fill people in on what happened, now lets just let it be. This is the life of a person who travels constantly. It literally could have happened to anyone. It doesn't make Candice unprofessional and it doesn't make any of the other angels better than her for "arriving early" (I'm pretty sure they arrive when they're told to since VS foots their travel bill for this). Sheesh. For a group of fans some of you sure are quick to start ripping on her for something she literally couldn't control in the very least.

I saw something on instagram, of course I can't find it now but I'll keep looking. Someone commented to Ed asking if it was true that people were saying Candice was being left out of this year's commercial and he replied to "never believe those things" She's far too important to their brand recognition to be left out. For all we know she had prior obligations that are keeping her from arriving with the rest of the girls, or perhaps her shoot date isn't until later this weekend and she's rather spend a couple days with her bf than spend them sitting around a hotel room in Rome. Wasn't she late to arrive last year too, and everyone was worried she wasn't in it?

Sounds like they start shooting today and will be shooting all through the weekend. I'd estimate it'll be two or more parts/split into multiple commercials like they did last year (Behati had one practically all to herself last year). If I had to guess, I'd say that Adri and Ale will be the "stars" or main focus of the first set of shooting, surrounded by the "new angels" so I'm going to be optimistic that Candice's late arrival will mean she's going be the "star" of the second set of shooting with Lily, Behati, probably Jasmine who I think just got there today, and whoever else they are tossing in this year. I would be SHOCKED if they left Candice out. They've been grooming her for years to be their new "it girl" and having her absent from the biggest ad campaign of the year would be insane. She's probably just in no rush to get to Rome to sit around and wait for her time to shoot. Either that or she's already there and we just don't know it. She tends to keep a low profile about when and where she's traveling and just sort of pops up places.

IKR?? Scanning bags, now that might sound like a lil too desperate but is it not worth it?? Sorry guys, I'll use it before I'll cut it apart! Thought it was a joke that VS tried to value it at $75 though... (when it went into my cart it said "original price $75.00 now $0.00) thats kind of a joke. I mean, Candice is great and all but I would never spend $75 to walk around with a tote bag with her face all over it. But it'll make a good tote to take to the gym for work out inspiration

Ha! I got that free tote when I ordered some stuff today. The photo was so small on my phone it just looked like B&W photos, I didn't realize they were all of Candice. How funny

I think they went overboard with the Angel contracts. I know this isn't really the place to discuss it, but it used to be nice to see girls like Candice and Behati start with the company, and work their way up to earn their Angel title. Lais, Elsa, Sara, Jasmine and even Martha have been with the company for a bit now, but giving out 10 new angel contracts, half of them to girls who have walked in one VSFS and done minimal work with Pink makes the title of Angel seem less prestigious. I feel bad for the girls (like Elsa) who were around forever waiting to earn that title and then they practically handed it to girls like Taylor and Stella. Not a very wise move if you ask me.

Only 20 mins long??? serious??WTH........ I don't know where that's coming from, it's an hour in my tv schedule. I'm sure after commercials it'll be around 45 minutes.

You made a remark about his wife, I simply countered with my own opinion back. If you don't want to hear what other people have to say maybe you shouldn't post your opinions on a message board where people are going to reply with opinions of their own...

Russell is as successful as he is with VS and the girls because he treats them with respect and doesn't do the skeezy cliche stuff people try to assume that a photographer would do being around such beautiful woman all the time. Part of his being such a great photographer is the fact that the women feel 100% comfortable and at ease around him, and they feel that way because he treats them with respect. He's a good guy, that's why he has gotten so far in the business. Whether or not his wife has self-confidence or not I think is a moot point because I think Russell just isn't the kind of guy that would make his wife feel like she NEEDED to worry or have self-confidence of steel. I don't know if anyone has seen this, I'm sure it's been posted here at some point because Candice makes an appearance, but if you haven't its interesting to see a day in the life of how he does his job. He seems like a great person
