  3. Guys, I went to see OUATIH for the third time, haha, and I have much more fun than in the other times, it's crazy how every time I see this movie I love it more and more and more. I went to see with a friend last night and she had not seen yet. Sorry, I forgot some of you might have not seen the movie, sorry if someone have read my comment before.
  4. Actor Dan Aykroyd is a member of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and that means he gets to vote for what he thinks are the best movies of a given year. Now, the Ghostbusters writer and star has revealed which movie he plans to nominate for Best Picture this year. Appearing on the Joe Rogan Experience, Aykroyd said he plans to vote for Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon A Time In Hollywood for overall Best Picture, at least based on what he's seen so far. "This is going to win Best Picture. I'm a member of the Academy. I can tell you right now, and I'm going to get in trouble for this; that's my vote for Best Picture right now. How great are those two guys in that film? How great was that cast? Just superb filmmaking." Speaking about the two leads, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio, Aykroyd said they are "masters." "I love to watch them work," he said. https://www.gamespot.com/articles/ghostbusters-star-dan-aykroyd-reveals-his-vote-for/1100-6469889/
  5. Wow, this person is brave, as much as I love Leo but I would never do a tattoo like that, but it's really well done. Thanks for the Once box office news, ox.
  6. You could tell Kelly had a seriously crush on Leo, haha, so cool.
  7. I hope he moves on from every girl on early twenties, and that includes Camila obviously.
  8. Better later than never, lol. https://www.pajiba.com/career_assessments/once-upon-a-time-in-hollywood-made-me-finally-like-leonardo-dicaprio.php
  9. Little story of Leo and Blake dinning in Sidney back in 2011. He starts with the time Leonardo DiCaprio was in town filming for Baz Luhrmann’s adaptation of The Great Gatsby and dropped in for dinner with his then-girlfriend, the stunning Blake Lively, on his arm. “Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively booked the kitchen table back in 2011 when they were dating and we were all so excited that we were going to get to watch them for the night,” Moran recalled. “And then they came in and shut the blinds. We were so disappointed.” https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/nsw/matt-moran-dishes-up-secrets-of-dicaprio-lively-aniston-beckham/news-story/599d3539eb03804be0f71b6bb7861a6c?utm_medium=Facebook&utm_content=SocialFlow&utm_campaign=EditorialSF&utm_source=DailyTelegraph
  10. Some videos from Los Angeles Times interviewing cast about The Revenant.
  11. Tom Hanks will go for supporting.
  12. I'm not sure, but I don't think he will need to do Galas anymore... his foundation changed, it's now called Earth Alliance and his partners are millionaires or billionaries, so Leo comes with his image to spread the word and they come with the money, I guess. https://ealliance.org/ Earth Alliance, a new organization to help address the urgent threats to our planet’s life support systems – born out of the shared passion of its founding co-chairs: environmental activist and Academy Award®-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, businesswoman and philanthropist Laurene Powell Jobs, and investor and philanthropist Brian Sheth. Launched in response to a growing climate crisis and staggering loss of biodiversity threatening the stability of life on Earth, the Alliance marks a shared commitment to addressing these intertwined threats.
  13. All right, thanks for your opinion, it's cool to read other people points of view. I just think Joker is an iconic role itself and if the movie and his performance are soo good as they are saying, it creates a LOT of buzz.
  14. Well, I have not seen all Joaquin latest movies, but the ones I saw I think he was amazing, especially in Her, and he's a great actor. As for his personal life, being mysterious or not, Leo is not much different honestly, and it seems Joaquin is doing great, he's now engaged to actress Rooney Mara and seems happy, just my opinion. I think Leo will get nominated for Golden Globes, possibly Oscars too, and he for sure is deserving of any award he might win for OUATIH, but honestly, I think this next season is going to be Joaquin's season, I might be wrong, who knows? but that's how I feel.
  15. I personally think Joaquin Phoenix will win all the awards with his Joker... from what I'm hearing/reading. But what I think it's so special about Leo is that every new performance of him is soo amazing that is always considered award worthy, and it's no different in OUATIH, so him being recognized with the nomination is already great. And I absolutely agree about the power of Leo's eyes, he can say a thousand words just with his expressive and mesmerizing blue eyes.
