  1. Thanks to post the pics, ox. Lmao at this comment I saw under the news Once will return to theaters. OUATIH might have not pleased everyone, as I read all over internet people that disliked the movie, and even when I went to watch I heard people complaining that they didn't liked. But the cool thing about the ones that liked the movie is that a LOT of them went to watch over and over and over again and had the same feeling that everytime we see it, the movie gets better. In the latest post of OUATIH ig page you see in the comments a lot of people saying they went to watch 2, 3, 4, 5, even 6 times and they are still willing to go watch again for more 10 minutes, this is really cool.
  2. New pics inside the article. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-7611225/amp/Leonardo-DiCaprio-keeps-low-profile-seen-dad-George-leaving-lunch-Beverly-Hills.html
  3. Just a cute short video edit of Leo doing Once promo.
  4. Agree girls, I want Leo nominated in all this awards just by the simple fact that we will get tons of pics and videos, and watch him live on tv, haha. But yeah, of course seeing the recognition of his work being nominated is always great.
  5. Thanks for the article. And yes, it was known Leo would go for lead and Brad for supporting, and I honestly don't think it's unfair, tbh, because even though Brad might have the same amount of time on screen as Leo, watching the movie 3 times, I though that if the movie belonged to a character, that character was Rick, a lot of things that happen revolves around Rick, so for me it's not only about screen time but about the movie plot, of course Cliff is super important in the movie, but for me Rick is clearly the lead. And after saying all this, I will say that IF Brad and Leo get nonimated... Brad have a LOT more chances to win at Oscars for supporting than Leo winning for Lead, the lead actors category will be super tough.
  6. And here we go... awards campaign has started.
  7. Great news about Flowers, hope it starts filming as soon as possible. Thanks ox.
  8. In Brazil, the ring in the right hand is sign of engagement or commitment, left hand only after the wedding. Now in US I think engagement and wedding it's all in the left hand, isn't it? We are talking about Leo, so I doubt that means anything... unless Camila also wear a ring in her right hand, but I can't see in the pics. Anyway, I just thought odd to see Leo with a ring on that finger, because I only saw Leo wearing rings in movies and usually in the pink finger, but if I would bet... I would say it probably means nothing, I'am just curious about it, since it's not usual of Leo to wear rings. Thanks for the article, jade.
  9. Guys, did you noticed Leo is wearing a ring in the right hand?

  11. YES to this article. http://www.sfctoday.com/movie-masterpiece-in-defense-of-once-upon-a-time-in-hollywood/ A little explanation for China and for First and foremost, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is a fictional movie. Though drawing inspiration from real-life and featuring characterizations of actual people, the film is a fairy tale as exemplified by the first four words within its title.
  12. Tarantino would have to cut some scenes and he didn't, that's why movie is not going to China, but yeah jade, their loss.
  13. Reason why OUATIH is not going to be released in China, I knew it must have something to do with it... I guess now she got what she wanted. Anyway, this post have yet another new Calvin Candie pic to me.
  14. OUATIH blu-ray will have some Rick Dalton deleted scenes.
  15. Thanks all for the updates, not much time lately. Leo is number 47. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.hollywoodreporter.com/amp/lists/thr-100-hollywood-reporters-powerful-people-entertainment-1246527
  16. I agree jade, just because he doesn't mention the movie often that doesn't mean he doesn't anockledge what the movie made for his career. I think sometimes he might get sick of the Jack jokes because that was 22 years ago... still, I think he's VERY grateful!
  17. thanks for the article jade. Maybe Leo should thank Paul Rudd on becaming a huge movie star, hehe. Somtimes I think that without Titanic Leo could be one of those actors we think like: Oh, I know that actor but don't know his name... For sure Titanic made him a movie star but obviously the talent was always there and I do think he would be sucessful anyway, but probably with much less chances to choose what he really wanted to do and guide his own career. But for me Titanic is far from my faves Leo movies, still I recognize the power of this movie, that made both Leo and Kate careers as how they are today, so I'm sure Leo is thankful and all the fans too. Titanic was undoubtedly the film that catapulted Leonardo DiCaprio from indie actor to international superstar, but there was a point where he wasn't too sure whether to take the role. That is until a certain ageless man stepped in. As shown on The Graham Norton Show last night, Paul Rudd looks back on a time that may have had a huge impact on Leonardo DiCaprio's career. He begins on the topic by speaking to Robert De Niro about him mentoring a young Leo as a 14-year-old. De Niro says that he spotted that Leo had a huge talent from a young age, before Graham turns to Paul Rudd, as someone else who had a 'huge influence' on DiCaprio's career. Paul Rudd said: "I don't think I had an influence, but sometimes, looking back you find yourself in some interesting conversations and moments in time. "I worked with Leonardo on Romeo and Juliet and at the time, my father made his living as a Titanic expert and he used to take people all over the world talking about Titanic - he'd go to universities, etc. "It was my last day of filming Romeo + Juliet and we all went out to a bar afterward, all the guys. "We were in different cars and I was riding to the place with Leo and he said 'I just got offered this movie, a big movie - he had done indie films up until this point. "It's a studio movie, it's Titanic and I said 'that's incredible', and I knew a lot about Titanic because my dad just talks about it. "And we just had a conversation about it, and he was saying 'I don't know what I'll do and I said 'you should do it'." So there we have it, without the encouragement from the son of an expert, Leo may have been in a very different situation. Rudd added: "I don't think I had any say, but it is kind of interesting to think back on that." Graham replied: "Yeah, there was a moment when he might not have done it." To which Rudd jokes: "And he did it!" Of course, the 1998 film is one of the most well known of all time and the production team considered a few different A listers for the role of Jack - meaning it is really lucky that Leonardo grabbed the chance when he could. According to an interview with Kate Winslet, she also said that Matthew McConaughey auditioned with her for the part - and nearly took it. Thankfully for Leo, the Jack Dawson role was all his. 18. One more fave scene for me, this scene along with the Rolling Stones song Out of Time was soo perfect, I'm soo addicted to that song since I saw the movie the first time. I absolutely loved that whole scene.
  19. Found this lurking on youtube, the audience reaction in the opening scene is hysterical, too cool. I read in the comments that was filmed from a theatre in India.
