Do you always achieve that? Honestly, I became confident only after my 30-s – because I achieved everything by myself. Of course I believed in myself before, tried to do every job for a full due and be an optimist. Even when my hands were thrown up, I tried to claw my way from this situation. Meditation and exercises, that I call ‘joyful jumps’, help me a lot. If you in a bad mood, start jumping and thinking of all good things and blessings that you have in your life. And then – a bad mood goes away, guaranteed.
Is it hard for you always to stay fit? Don’t you want to relax sometimes? I choose a healthy lifestyle not because of my job – I love that style of living. When you exercise and eat healthy, you feel better yourself. I follow blood type diet. It means to eat mostly fruits and vegetables – that’s what I eat. Fish and chicken is neutral for my blood type – I eat it too. Red meat is not recommended, but I allow myself to eat it sometimes. I have a rule for myself: to eat 80% healthy, and 20% of something that I want right now. For example, if I travel to another country, I always try traditional cuisine.
You’re the face of Escada Joyful. What kind of fragrances do you prefer? First of all, it’s peonies scent – they’re my favourite flowers. Peonies scent is included to Escada Joyful. I love how smells the air before the rain. I spend my childhood in Australian village. I remember, when I was a kid, my father said to me: “Feel the scent of oncoming rain?” In December in Australia (December is a summer month in Australia) there appeared tiny bugs, and they have a strong, specific scent. It reminds me of childhood and Christmas.
Million of girls want to be yourself. Do you have a role model? My grandmother. She has a strong personality; she has her opinion on everything.
