I would luv to know why this girl isn't getting more work. Is it her representation or is it her? Strange. She's a gorgeous girl but as we all know, it takes more than being gorgeous to be a good model. Hopefully she'll catch fire soon.

If anyone's interested in finding newer pics of Willy, try his instagram or twitter accounts. He seems to post regularly. Comes off as pretty likable. I think name and face recognition probably played a bigger role in Cheryl's firing, along with the accent, than chemistry with Paula. But, its a shame that Cheryl's being punished for what is really a misstep by Cowell, who supposedly pushed for her hiring, and Fox for not saying no in the first place.

I totally agree. I can't say that I've ever been a fan of the VictoriaSecret brand but I've always loved Candice's body. It was a perfect hourglass. Unfortunately this new look seems more geared toward high fashion than lingerie. Maybe she's mapping the next phase of her career, after VS. It just doesn't look good on her.
