If people choose to get surgery to enhance (or in some cases, to reduce their "assets") they are not always going to have that issue. What LMS was trying to say that in her opinion most people have something about themselves that they don't like or would change if given the option. Getting a boob job, in some cases, could have the same impact and self worth boost as someone who overcomes a stutter or lisp or the need to use $10 words to sound smarter.
