I liked 02-03 Lima.... after that I only liked Lima on the 05 runway. From 05, it's just been all down hill. But you know something? I forgot all about Gisele. I don't know. I think although her body was just stunningly amazing, and her strut kicked ass, she never popped for me. But alas, we all see different things in different girls. Like Candice this year. She was cute, she was pretty, she was good. I personally, saw nothing too special. And then when I saw Michaela I pretty much did back-flips. lol <(EDIT: Would someone do me a favor? That's right Heidi's 10th year thing.... Oh crap.... that means Lima's 10th year will be next year. If there's gonna do a tribute, I'm just not gonna watch the show at all, unless someone does courtesy cuts once it get's capped.

I mean had they not bombarded us with so much unecessary crap: Angel Profiles, Road to the Runway, terrible editing I don't think Heidi would've bothered me as much. It just felt like (was like) we saw more of Heidi then we did runway and girls.

I feel the same exact way, though I didn't think the music was that bad. What really bothered me the most was BY FAR the editing, shortness of runway, too much extra crap, not enough backjstage mayhem (remember 05, it was so cool to watch them freak the hell out beackstage), and the fact that the show is not in NY! The runway is so long, and spacious! And the girls need to chill out, this is still a runway show. Have fun, but don't do two lines of coke and come out acting like a dumbass. It's not appealing... it's not VS.

I actually really like it on her, at least it's well-kempt.

In 03 Ana was in the running to be one of the Angels. But she broke her contract before she really got to do anything other than a couple commercials with Adri and the like. She decided to do J.Lo lingerie, and as you know VS exclusve contracts are just that... exclusive. Ana broke hers, and so she was dropped. They are supposed to still be on very good terms... Ana said she was going to be in this years show and she was confirmed until a couple days before the show where her name suddenly dissapeared from the roster. I'm guessing VS had something to do with it. EDIT: I feel the same way about Kerr.... and your husband is hilarious, Prettyphile.

In reagrds to irenistiQ: No, but they are selling an image. And although what's walking down that runway is a cluster-fuck, peopel think it's great cause they love VS. Hana's oufit I actually liked! *playfull huff* No one beats you Baron

I mean, I adored Michaela Kocianova in VS... just look at my set... She was fantastic! But I certainly perfer Ana to her... What I'm really hoping is that I can have my Ana and MK in the same show next year.

For a second I swear I said: 'Damn Rececca needs to loose like 25lbs.' Then it hit me, WTF did I just say? She looks beautiful! Heh, I love my uber skinny models (Nat, Vlada, and the like) I'm just saying looking at this it's amazing how much it really has changed.

To quote the wonderful Barron: As it filters 'down' (to use such a vulgar expression) you will have people entering the stores to at least buy a branded lipstick - to say: "I was there". I'm guilty of that, and all of us in one way or another are fueling the mass marketing machine. And whether we like it or not, VS has become such a piece of American culture that they can make crap that less cultured people will eat up. If D. Versace puked on a dress and sold it, I assure you half the world would think it was a master piece, because it's her. Same concept can be applied to VS. They can do whatever they like, and a throng of people will follow like drones behind VS's idea of sexy. They don't have to try anymore because they already have people cast under their spell. (Sorry if I sound ridiculous and make no sence.)
