SARAH HONNE Sarah Honne (born Oct.1984) was a German model that was active from 2001 until around 2012. She was discovered at the age of 16 in her hometown by Model Management Hamburg. Sarah is one of the 2 German winners of the 2001 Elite Model Look and represented Germany together with Djosefin Maurer at the international final in Nice, France (won by Rianne ten Haken). I find the face, the 2 long front teeth and smile (with the very thin upper lip) extremely similar on the Cosmo cover and on the Freundin cover on the comp, I have to admit BUT on the comp it states brown eyes and the Cosmo girl has light eyes. Transparent colored contact lenses existed in 85 but none that were printed and that could cover brown eyes - the printed ones that covered dark eyes came only in around 1990/1991. So possibly not Victoria :(
