Hi Friends, Summer is definitely here in Nashville. It is unbelievably hot, but Ciel is enjoying every minute of playing outside with the water hose! As you may know, in addition to being a race car driver Burney is a personal trainer, and this week we grocery shopped together to prepare a couple of healthy, budget friendly meals. We made salmon, sweet potatoes, salad, BBQ chicken... yum! My hubby is such a good cook. Do you have any suggestions for nutritious, easy to prepare meals? Send them my way please!!! (One of the meals Burney and I prepared- chicken, sweet potato & salad.) Xoxo
