The videos for Rita was definitely out of place and kinda EmRata's. I get the the point of EmRata's video but it probably should have been the 1st video instead of Ashley's, and the way they did that video could have been more tasteful (no pun intended) instead looking like she is assaulting & raping pasta and more workout-related theme.

I don't mind the theme "Stay Strong" but I think some of the videos veered off the theme and lacks consistency. Also, I don't think the specifics were planned out as carefully as it should

The thing is with free weights or a stationary bike you are actually utilizing the props/equipment and doing something relevant. There was a lot she could have done with the pole but I suspect it might be bc she lacked the skills All she was doing was moving around and next to the pole. She could have done the same things even without the pole present. They wasted the pole on her. They should have given her something with less skills like jumping jacks, running in circles, playing with a fidget spinner or low impact aerobics
