beautiful, thanks for posting! I remember that Simply-the-best website run by Valdi, what would happen with her? she's from Croatia and also remember Cindyplanet from france, Perenathan and Valdi were always fighting for the credit of pictures.

How do you know the photos are by Herb Ritts? he's a digital retoucher most of the pictures of that link were photographed by Herb Ritts, Niki Taylor, Naomi, Helena, Sharon, Donatella, Laetitia, Madonna ... etc

She really does look like Karen but I don't think it's her because in 1989 (and part of 1990) Karen sported brown hair. I'd say it's her for sure. yeah, that runway pic is Karen, the talk was about a pic posted before

Do you have any sources where I can find these advertisements? they were printed in the New York Times, maybe I'm wrong but I guess it's practically impossible to find physical old issues of a newspaper those scans I found them in a digital library.
