I was nearly going to post this but wasn't sure either way. I think it's Yasmin le Bon. @specdude, curiously I think it was you who posted this pic some three or four years ago from an Italian publication - we were both trying to track down the editorial for 'A New Slant' - which appears in the Christmas Edition of UK Marie Claire, 1988.
