Yeah same especially in one of those fitting articles I can't remember which one but Monica said 51 girls. But the only reason I still think she is was because of the confirmation in the press release. Unless of course after that it changed but then I'm sure VS would've changed it. It's so weird. And Natasha in 2014 we only knew she was cast was because her name was on the fittings board. But there were no news sources but Karlie was confirmed by People or E whichever one and by VS. Or like I said ages ago they're resigning her as an angel and keeping it hush

@Limerlight funny enough a few years ago people were like Candice will never be Adriana. She is so annoying blaaaah now everyone is obsessed with her. So every new angel that comes around gets the "they'll never be Adriana" or "they aren't true angels" comparison and eventually people just give in and accept them lol. Do not hate on the Queen ok. Yeah but at the end of the day VS eventually will have to let them go and people will adjust. Sure people want to see Adriana but that's because VS have held on for so long that people can't handle if she isn't around. The new girls don't have room to breathe because VS keep setting them aside for when their big names pop out. Alessandra while different to Adriana still is a big name for VS and when she does show up she gives it a boost. Adriana and Alessandra are well loved by VS and the fans theres no denying that. Honestly had Doutzen not decided to resign with VS they would not have had the freed up money to offer all the new girls contracts, minus Elsa. Who signed prior to when all the new angels signed. If Doutzen had decided to stay there would be Elsa joining the Angels and then Martha, Stella, Lais and Jasmine wouldve just continued working regularly and who knows if they would have used Taylor, Sara, Romee or Josephine more after that. It's good to be fresh. A lot of people didn't like the new angels but that's because people just continuously hold on to the past. I'm a sucker for the time when Adriana, Alessandra, Miranda, Marisa, Doutzen, Candice, Behati and Rosie were the girls. But time changes and we move on. That's also why we are most likely different here on BZ too. Because a lot of has have been around through all the shuffling of Angels. And we just like the freshness.

The problem essentially also is that VS aren't even trying to mix Adriana or Alessandra with the new girls. They shove them together in EVERYTHING or with Lily, Lais and Martha. They've definitely kept separate groups on purpose. I do think it's VS holding on to Adriana and Alessandra. And they're both happy to stick around. They don't do much and get paid a lot so they're happy. Candice, Behati and Lily have at least worked with some of the newer angels and know them. But I don't think Adriana or Alessandra even have. Maybe Jasmine and that's all I can think of. Adriana did shoot something with Josephine during the holiday shoot but that's it. I would like to see how Adriana and Alessandra mix in with the current Angels.

I agree. Lily is also working so much more now and has got everything she can out of VS. She's opened segments, solo commercials, been in all major campaigns and commercials, had the fb. There's no where else to go. She won't get the Behati or Candice treatment. That's why she should leave too. I think both Adriana and Alessandra really should leave also. But I think that's really more VS just hanging on to them more then anything.

I like Sara's one the best so far. What she says is actually inspiring for young girls.

Lais is obviously doing something right from VS to have kept her around all these years. I actually wish they give her more to do because she never gets to speak in anything. Would be great to see more of her. I don't see them cutting down the angels anyway. Even the ones who aren't used as much are still known for being VS Angels and each have their own draw. The fans all know who they are and they obviously sell. VS have dumped girls in the past who haven't and if one of these girls weren't working by now they would have cut them. If I were to edit the list down though I would get rid of Alessandra. I would keep Adriana, Behati, Candice and Lily around for the major shoots and fashion show. I would keep Elsa, Lais, Jasmine, Josephine, Taylor, and Stella to do all the major work for the company through the year. I love Sara but I don't see her going anywhere further with VS tbh. And Martha and Romee just haven't really stood out all that much. I mean I like all the current Angels for different reasons. But it would be nice to reduce the number from 14 down to at least 8-10.

To me it seems like VS is using the new Angels in certain ways. Like last year was really all about Elsa, Taylor, Josephine, Jasmine and Romee. Maybe now they're going to use Martha, Lais, Sara, Stella more.

I wonder if they'll even have Rachel open Pink. It's only her second year. It took them Elsa's last year as a Pink girl to have her open it. Ieva opened in 2013 and we all thought Elsa will then. I wouldn't be surprised if they have Gigi or Devon open Pink before Rachel or Zuri. I think it will be. The Road Ahead - Elsa Lais or Alessandra close. Mountain Romance - Josephine Romee maybe close. Pink Nation - Gigi or Devon Rachel maybe close. Secret Angel - Adriana Sara will close. Dark Angel - Taylor Lily maybe. Bright Night Angel - Stella Jasmine maybe.

Alanna Arrington just turned 18 and was shooting with Pink for her birthday. I thought she was like 21 she has much more of a mature face.

Yeah also I doubt her new lingerie contract will allow her to walk the show. It'll be awesome if she's there as a guest. Hope they show her in the crowd.

I think Martha looks amazing and suits the look perfectly fine. Not everyone has to be an Adriana or Candice. Variety you know.

I think if they did the thing around her neck less heavy like the sketch it would be fine. If they used a more see through lace. I still think it's a good look because it's sticking to one theme and not a million different colours and elements in one look.

I agree that maybe they should remove the lace part on the neck. But it's lingerie which I like to actually see.

Rachel will be in Pink and she isn't a newcomer though. I'm sure some new girls will walk mainline too. I don't think Camille, Lais O or Megan Williams will be in Pink.
