Emily's runway debut at the Marc Jacob's fashion show

http://variety.com/2015/film/news/emily-ratajkowski-starring-in-romance-movie-cruise-1201592875/ Emily Ratajkowski and Spencer Boldman will star in the 1980s romance movie “Cruise.” Robert Siegel, whose credits include “The Wrestler” and the upcoming Ray Kroc biopic, “The Founder,” will direct from his own script. Shooting is set to start in the fall in New York. Alex Garcia and Laura Walker of AG Capital will produce the film alongside Holly Brown and Scott LaStaiti. UTA’s independent film group arranged financing and represents domestic rights. Slated will be handling syndicate financing for a portion of AG Studios’ movies in what is the first project under this initiative. The pic is set during the summer of 1987 and is centered on a working-class Italian-American who has little on his mind but racing cars and chasing girls until he meets a Jewish girl from Long Island, who has gone to his neighborhood for some illicit thrills on the wrong side of the tracks. AG Capital, a division of Alex Garcia’s AG Studios, launched in Cannes and is run by Garcia and former CAA film finance agent Laura Walker. Garcia is a key investor and Walker is an advisor in Slated — an online hub designed to provide a private investment network for established independent filmmakers and investors. Ratajkowski broke into movies when she starred in “Gone Girl” last year and has since appeared in “Entourage” and “We Are Your Friends.” Ratajkowski is represented by UTA and Untitled Entertainment. Boldman is repped by UTA, Coast to Coast Talent Group and Millennium Artists, while Siegel is represented by UTA and lawyer Andrew Hurwitz. Jose L. Martinez, Jr. of Jones Walker represented AG Capital.

That's too bad. My friends and I saw it Friday and we actually enjoyed the movie. I would have liked more details on the backgrounds/history of the characters Cole, Sophie, and James, and I could always go for more Emily scenes, but other than that, I loved it. I love Emily's dress, hair and makeup at the VMAs. I'm on the fence about the boots. I would love preferred pumps or strappy heels, but I don't hate the boots.
