the best thing about this is that it's not a celebrity cover anymore. and although i have some qualms about it (natasha poly, hello?), i think it's a pretty good cover. thanks for posting it. thank you for the scan. Men rarely notice your lingerie. At least from my experiences many of them don't notice nor do they really care---unless your are wearing granny panties or bra. my boyfriend notices ... he tells me what he likes too lol but ... lol yeah I agree, it pretty much comes down to wearing what you like.

And who's that than? we've had this debate already ... the girl in the picture is Julie De Gouy. I am certain of this because it comes from a Vogue editorial from January 2005. Those are kinda trendy. well ...those use to be $16 and I bought them for $1.97 (Canadian) so it was impossble not to buy them, they're well made and everything. Plus, how many people are going to see my underwear? (ok... yeah, but I'm not that much of a skank so maybe me and that special someone and who ever I bought them with would know what my panties look lke) All the really matters is that I like it when I get it and that I wear it. Underwear or bras follow trends but don't really go out of style (unless we're talking granny panties or something). I'm not going to say that I don't buy into trends ... I'm just trying to say that I don't saturate my closet with overly trendy things. I buy things that I know I'll be able to get away with wearing the next season. Like if I get a dress, and it's "trendy" ... then I would get it in a solid colour or in a subtle print instead of getting in a print that is too "in," you know what I mean? I also buy "classic" pieces that are always in like boot-cut jeans (in normal blue jean colour) or basic t-shirts, long sleeved-shirts or fitted turtle necks - those kind of things that are sort of essentials and can be worn any time regardless of what's in or not.

that's why whenever I buy anything too trendy I make sure I get it cheap. Omg like, remember those stupid belts people use to wear with strings hanging down... ew and when bell bottoms came back but they were actually just ridiculously flared pants ... dear Lord, if I went to the store and bought disgustingly huge platforms that we keep seeing on the run way along with pants that are so high-waisted that they are up to my boobs plus weird-art-patterned maternity wear (because that;s what those baggy dresses look like) then I I would regret it in less than a second. You think you're cool when you are wearing it and the second you turn around, all your trendy clothes aren't trendy any more and marketers and coorporations line their pockets with your well-earned cash... whatever tickles your pickle i guess anyways this is the lingerie thread. I totally agree. the way to be trendy is to now where anything too trendy lol. and if you ever feel like being trendy buy a couple of cheap essential pieces for that season and you're pretty much set. nothing beats simplicity and sophistication.

I would have plastic surgery if something on my body bothered me enough to make me consider going under the knife... but I would never put in any type of implant into my body unless I was disfigured from an accident and I just wanted to look "normal" again. I absolutely HATE breast implants ... they all look like shit.

All I have to say is that I actually liked some of the pieces ... such as a selection of the short dresses if you take away all the fuss there were a few that were actually decent. I don't know why everyone is just pointing and saying "ew" at everything here. The shoes .. omg I loved them, they were completely outrageous.
