Better late than never to start a topic on this legendary Brazilian model *** Cristina Cordula appeared in advertisements before she began to parade at the age of 16 in Brazil and to pose for fashion magazines. During a fashion show in Milan, a friend hairstylist in São Paulo recommended her to cut her hair. With her new haircut, her international modeling career took off, being represented by mannequin agencies such as Delphine, Zen and Pauline's for famous houses like Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel or Dior. She arrived in Europe in 1985, after having been spotted by a Spanish agency. Cristina was one of the most renowned and in-demand runway models in the late 80's. Following her retirement from modeling, Cristina continued her career as a fashion consultant, presenter and TV host. In 2002 she opened her fashion consultancy Cristina Cordula - Agence de Relooking, she also hosted a range of TV shows dedicated to fashion and style on French TV over the past 15 years. Cristina Cordula was born on 30 October 1964 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She has a son, Enzo, born in 1994. On 6 June 2017, she got married in Capri, with Frédéric Cassin, a French businessman.
