I didn't find any pictures of Stephanie from the S/S 1993 season and not a single Milan or Paris show in the ready-to-wear F/W 1993. She might have done some New York shows besides Ralph Lauren in F/W 1993 (though I haven't seen any yet). Ralph Lauren F/W 1993: Outside the show with Dylan:

Thank you so much, my friend I myself was unfamiliar with her until yesterday and was surprised to see how many high-profile jobs she’d done. I'll post more over the week I love the ones with Giorgio too. It's heartbreaking to know he's no longer around — almost all of the greatest designers of the 20th century have passed away and no one will ever be able to replace them. By the way, Linda's fragility and delicate features remind me of Gina Di Bernardo. Giorgio obviously loved this type of beauty.

I'm not familiar with her at all, but comparing this picture with the ones of Anna on Metropolitan models, I think it's not her. And Anna seems to be much younger.

Linda Ivancic is a former FORD model from Croatia who began her career in the 1980s and gained recognition in the 1990s. She appeared on the cover of Depeche Mode (November 1992), worked with Giorgio Armani and Valentino, and walked the runways for Genny, Helmut Lang, and Issey Miyake among others.
