I think SI is gonna pull the rug from under all of us like before and then put some "celebrity" on the cover that has NOTHING to do with sports or modeling (ie, Beyonce). I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that it's either Megan Fox or the diabolical Amy Winehouse to get this year's cover. It would so make me laugh if they did that after all these rumors and speculations.

As I'm sure all of y'all know, the announcement of the SISE 2009 cover girl will be revealed on the David Letterman show next Monday night (02-09-2009). Tune your TiVO's! The SISE 2009 will be released onto newsstands on the following day and then the cover girl will have her first interview with dear ol' Dave on Wednesday. Rest assured, I will have HD video of the announcement and interview posted on these boards. I sure hope it's a girl that can speak English well, otherwise, Dave would just massacre her poor native tongue in front of millions of TV watching Americans. Yeah, I remember when blondie was chosen as the 2008 cover girl. I capped her interview with Letterman that night (02-11-2008) in High Def and I never posted it anywhere......and why am I even talking about her?

@Nefertiti: those pictures of Angie and Heather Marks aren't from VSFS 2002, it's from VSFS 2006. Let's not get those shows mixed up. Selfish and greedy? Damn right! And proud of it! Like I said, nearly half of those 10,000 pics are from her runway shows. If you look at the list of shows that KK did each year from 2000-2005, she nearly did 50 shows per season! She's walked for nearly every designer you can think of and finding pics from every single show is like a giant treasure chest filled with gold. There are a couple of KK fansites out there with a nice little collection of photos, but they don't want to spend the cash-money-pounds to get the rare stuff. They'd rather rely on people like us to give them this free stuff and it ain't gonna happen! No sir! You may NOT drive up to the window! That's one of the reasons I'm keeping this stuff locked up for now. But if you are interested in seeing most of them, you can always send me a PM. Doesn't hurt to ask, y'know.

^^I know, you'd be surprised at how much rare stuff I found (and didn't post). And since I found them, it's pretty much finders-keepers and no one else can have it......yet. Here, let me break it down for you in percentage of what I had: 50% Runway photos, 25% Victoria's Secret, 25% editorials and other stuff. Eventually, I might re-post the entire collection here, but don't hold your breath.

Well, the site was never intended for anything except for a photo gallery. The reason it became defunct (for lack of a better term) was because the original server exceeded bandwidth and nearly everything was lost in the transition to a new server. The problem for me was that I spent NINE months gathering up nearly 10,000 photos and scans of Karolina (with MY own money) and properly cataloguing them all. When everything was lost in the server transition, I just gave up. Maintaining that gallery took a lot of time and I just don't have another nine months to redo it all. But I do find it funny whenever I see reposts of KK's edits and candids here. I have the complete sets of all of them. Will I ever post them here? No, but it's nice to see people try.

@happycandian: The Karolina edit you posted is from Harper's Bazaar 2001 (from the month of February or March, I believe). Trust me, when you spend nine months of your life cataloguing hundreds of pages of Karolina pictures and edits for a nearly defunct website like KarolinaKurkova.NET, this stuff becomes second nature. Almost.

HEY! Does everyone remember Spanky's less-than-dramatic turn as herself on the now-on-hiatus show, "Ugly Betty"? Yeah, sure ya do. Up to this point, I refrained from posting the High Def version of the video here (or anywhere else). Well, now is the time to release the video! I'm sure everyone's seen the video many times, but not in 720p High Definition you haven't! I will be posting TWO different HD versions of the video. The first version will be the HD American-dubbed version and cut down to just Spanky's parts (no scenes with Lindsay or America). It's basically the 2-minute Adriana-only version. The second version I'll upload is MY particular favorite: the HD Spanish-dubbed version. If you wanted to hear what Adriana (and everyone else on the show) sounds like in a Spanish-dubbed voice, now is your chance to hear it for yourself. I do not know who the original scanner of the edit is (its definitely not me), but I'll dig it up and post it here......if I can find it, that is.

^^Actually, I can't. My HD set-up is having difficulty picking up any audio signal from the NBC feed. Every channel works fine except NBC and I can't understand why. It really pissed me off because I capped every commercial from the Superbowl yesterday only to find out that there's no goddamned sound! If you capped Heidi's appearance (which I'm sure you did), download my HD videos when I post them, and then insert the audio from your cap, and then re-upload it here. It'll be our first joint project and then you can say that you've capped your first HD video.

Here's some 1080i High Definition caps from the Superbowl trailer (which I personally capped). Click on the thumbnail to view the HD screencap! From the what I saw in the trailer, Starscream's pansy little ass returns while we see a sort of new panther-like enemy and various shots of Devastator. And the shot of Optimus getting his face smashed in almost made me cry. But then Megan Fox made it all better. Oh, and the movie is called REVENGE OF THE FALLEN. Let's not make mistakes about that. UPDATE: The Superbowl trailer is now available for download in all HD resolutions at Yahoo and Apple.

My current job involves me sitting in front of a computer all day and it can get very boring sitting down on my fat ass for 8 hours. I hope azkid's busy life is a lot more exciting than my boring ass 9 to 5 deskjob. BTW, I capped Heidi's appearance in full-blown High Def and I WILL post it here for download.....but there's a catch. All three segments will be posted in 720p HD but WITHOUT sound. SO....who saw Superbowl XLIII yesterday? Anyone? Well, early in the broadcast, the trailer for the new G.I. Joe flick was shown. It was shown during the pre-show before kickoff and BOY, this movie is gonna suck so hard! I can just smell the stink of the script from a mile away. But even with that said, our dear Karolina makes a super duper short cameo appearance in the trailer as Courtney Krieger. It goes by so fast that you barely catch it, but she's there in uniform standing behind Dennis Quaid's character, looking all hot and some junk.
