I agree that she was stunningly beautiful and doesn't look anywhere near as good now, but I don't think it's got anything to do with botox. If she were using botox then she wouldn't have so many lines around the sides of her eyes, which are very ageing in some of those pics.
Firstly, her hair is too light and isn't flattering. She recently played a cancer victim, lost a lot of weight and had her hair very short. She's probably wearing a wig or has extensions in these photos.
Secondly, I doubt many women in their mid 40's would look any better with such close up (ultra zoomed) camera shots. If you look at the more distant shots above, she looks younger.
I think the third reason for her strange look is that while she continues to have her lips plumped with whatever (collagen!?) she has put in them, in an effort to stay young, she IS NOT having any other sort of treatment (i.e botox) on the rest of her face.
Although she has had work on her lips for about 15 years now, despite having a lovely mouth before, in the last 4 years she seems to be having more and more put into her top lip. Back in 2003, when she made Nathalie, she looked stunning and much younger than her then 38 years. Now, her lips look scarred, lop-sided and quite distorted. Since losing weight for her "cancer" role, her mouth looks even wider (like "The Joker") and I think she might have had fillers around her mouth to push it forward further. At the same time she seems to have neglected to have botox around her eyes and her skin on her cheeks and from her nose upwards, looks tired and gaunt.
She needs to stop having any more stuff in her lips and let them go back to more "normal" levels, if that's possible, put on a bit of weight and have botox on her eyes and some filler in her cheeks.
Also remember she has been a heavy smoker since her teens and grew up in St Tropez. The ageing effects of smoking and the Sun catches up with everyone in the end, if they've abused it!
I totally agree with you. But she regrets what she did to her lips now So I doubt anything could be done to improve them again
