"I was working as a waitress in Toronto when a famous Canadian model and her male companion came in. I talked to them and it turns out the guy was a session hairdresser. He cut my hair and put my photo up in his salon and recommended a few agencies. Ironically the first agency I sent my photos to told me my hair was too short and to come back in three months. So I waited for 3 months, let my hair grow out and then got back in touch. And again they didn’t want me.
