She is a timeless beauty & modeling is her job & she is only 31 There are plenty other models who are able to stay on top: Lara Stone (32), Kate Moss (42), Carolyn Murphy (41), Gisele Bundchen (35), Natasha Poly (30), Mariacarla Boscono (35), etc. Her beauty is like Carolyn Murphy .. a timeless beauty She is 41 and scoring big campaigns + big covers every single season for already 20 years Doutzen is even more striking & flawless ... with great management it should be possible The amount of work is disappointing (probably/obviously because of Wonder Woman) but the work she gets is nice/good She/her management staying exclusive ... but a model with her status should easily get booked for International covers every single season & not just 1 B-list Vogue cover in 2 years time

Doutzen says different things all the time After gving birth to her daughter she said she's seriously thinking about never wanting to work again & few weeks/months later she says she loves to work and would like to work more I don't get woman sometimes.. it must be that annoying period The last few times she herself said she loves to work & she's been working a lot in 2016 (mainly on Wonder Woman movie) But now she's done filming it's time for a big modeling comeback! I also think her changing mood perhaps got something to do with her bookings/rejections in the jungle of New York In the beginning she said in interviews she scored the job 9 out of 10 times..she never had to fight to get jobs And maybe now it's a different time and she's not used to that.. but thats just guessing...

They did 1 thing recently... 1 shoot for Glamour magazine USA

That shoot on Barbados is 100% work because she´s been there a few days and during 1 of the days on Barbados she posted a photo (old photo from 2013 from some Elle shoot) about her and people touching her face (getting ready in hair/make/up) Hopefully the reason they shoot so early is because of her movie schedule: - December/January she´s been on Wintersport with the family + been to India for charity about child marriage + to Africa for charity to save the elephants - Late Jan/early Febr. she's been in London for the movie - Early March she's been in Africa for the second time for charity to save the elephants/to shoot for USA Glamour magazine - Late March/April she's been in Italia for the movie The last few years Vogue Paris June/July revealed their cover: May 18, 2015 May 25, 2014 May 14, 2013 May 15, 2012 My heart gonna be damaged if she's not on the cover & I hate to wait ... H&M Summer 2016 Lookbook is also possible Natasha Poly did it in 2015 on the beach Published late May 2015 .... It would be CRAP if that turns out to be the Barbados shoot

Yesterday The last few days I´m thinking every day about that mysterious shoot on Barbados (H&M campaign - H&M magazine - Vogue Paris June/July cover - or maybe just some Vogue editorial - or maybe it got cancelled) I only want 1 thing .. Vogue Paris June/July cover or else I'm gonna be very disappointed

I don't expect her to stay the whole week in Cannes but I hope/DEMAND she will be at the Cannes film festival on Saturday and support/meet up again with this 77 year old Dutch legend The guy is almost turning 78 years old .. not many years left to work together clock is ticking

Just found out that make-up artist Hannah Murray was at this location at the same time Doutzen was at Barbados This location looks like Barbados I´m almost 100% sure it´s going to be a H&M High Summer campaign or Vogue Paris June/July cover Hannah worked for H&M & Vogue Paris but she never worked for Vogue Paris cover ..but there's got to be a first time for everything because she also scored her first ever US Vogue cover a couple months ago Hannah & Doutzen worked together for Vogue Paris Summer 2015 editotial by photographer Giles B. Perhaps this time for the cover

I´m sure she´s coming back to Cannes to celebrate her 10th anniversary She´s probably going back to Holland to her family and after that she´s coming back to Cannes or and hopefully shoot some Fall / Winter campaign(s) Fall Winter campaigns are being shot in March, April & May March & April she could not shoot because she was in Italy for Wonder Woman ... hopefully she can shoot at least 1 blue chip Fall Winter campaign to stay relevant in fashion world because after her second child her carreer is disturbingly silent with only 1 (B list) International Vogue cover in 2 years! DOUTZEN KROES GETS READY FOR THE MET GALA THIS IS WHAT IT’S LIKE TO TAKE OVER A SUITE AT THE SOHO GRAND HOTEL WITH A SUPERMODEL Even the less red carpet-rabid amongst us know by now that the Balmain Army kind of dominated the Met Gala last night—and with the obvious solution to the Manus x Machina dress code apparently involving silver (and lots of it), one quickly understands why. As it turns out, Olivier Rousteing’s spangly, slinky gowns were just the thing (and an easy fix) when it came to dressing on theme. What you didn't see, of course, were the details—like how Doutzen Kroes' panelled column gown from the French house was being embellished and altered literally until the second it was time to dash out the door. And that's where we came in. Let's rewind, because our favorite part of the entire getting ready process might have actually gone down before Kroes' mascara had so much as been applied or the polish on her hands and toes had even dried. When we rolled up to her suite at the Soho Grand Hotel, the model greeted us from her perch in the makeup chair—to her credit, it's a little tricky to come bounding to the door when you have a team of no less than five (!) working on you at once (that would be make-up artist Meredith Baraf, Braydon Nelson on hair, manicurist Ana Maria and stylist Ketevan Gvaramadze, plus team).
