Thnx Enrico_sw I heard that Elle France used to be as big as Vogue USA in the 90's But those days are over Nowadays being on the France Elle cover is just not interesting compared to Vogue But seeing Doutzen on the Elle France cover is still very nice because we hardly see her on International covers & because France Elle circulation is bigger than Vogue Paris/Vogue UK it's good publicity
