I was flipping through a mag and saw this picture. UK Vogue november 1988. It was a page talking about various things and this picture was there to show the "woman in velvet" make up.

Also there is a beautiful UK Vogue on sale from Farrah_love or Berenson fashion. It dates september 1987 with Paulina on the cover , there is also an editorial which was posted here before.
