I didn't mean to offend. round faces are cute and I actually like/accept all types of beauty, but for the most part, on my models I just prefer high cheekbones and nice bone structure, like Gisele's. To me she has perfect bone structure like Christy Turlington,Erin Wasson,etc... I just noticed usually people with round faces or that like round faced models usually do not get Gisele. and I agree with you Jennks, she can work that body I bet unique Gisele could walk into a room and capture more people than your "perfectly pretty" girl anyday. as rumor has it ... call me biased but I think she's the closest thing there is to a 90's Supermodel today,whom I also thought were the most beautiful ever.

It's a great honor since its Emmanuelle Alt's first issue as the new Editor in Chief of Vogue Paris. I am so happy Gisele was chosen for that. I think it's safe to say Balmain campaign is coming too.

Claudia still looks good don't get me wrong, just looks a little "mousy" sometimes (her photoshoots still look nice) IMO Karen looks horrible now, she really ruined her face. Niki needs blonder and longer hair.

aww thanks. I loved that look. It was very natural. She said she chose such a natural low key look bc it was "leo's night" she didn't want anything bright colored or super tight.

I love her Met Gala appearances The 2009 Versace is one of my faves. I really love her in blue. Here is my all time favorite: Her whole look here was perfect.

I think Eva aged really good too, when she is not too thin. Linda even if she's my all time fave (and yes still looks good) she didn't age the best forgot about Carla! I think she still looks great. Karen got too much plastic surgery and Claudia..she still looks pretty good, but is pale and too thin now. I liked va va voom claudia. Oh I'd love to see that pic of Yasmeen! she has been unseen since 1998 no? and I love Niki but I'm not digging her soccer mom look <_<

yeah round faces for me is too much of a common girls trait. Not supermodel enough for me. Overall I noticed people who only like commercial models think Gisele is too high fashion looking and people who only like high fashion models think she is too commercial looking, so she can't seem to win with some either way. It's the exact reason why I love her and what makes the most talented models IMO. A perfect balance of the two That's why she can work for brands such as Victoria's Secret one day and the next for Balenciaga. Not many models can say/do that. Gisele has now even surpassed those other legandary Supermodels. (Has more covers,campaigns,etc...) and she is only 30. Pretty amaizng if you ask me. No one has to like her look, but they are stupid if they are too blind to see that she is/was a phenomenon.

Well too each their own. Alot of people don't get her look and alot of people do. Isn't that the case with almost every celeb? lol I think her face is stunning. I don't like Playboy looking girls. Those are usually the people who will never get Gisele. She is too unique/regal looking and I also hate fat faces. Back in the day before she was over-exposed (thats why most people don't like her now, imo) everyone talked about Gisele (in a good way). overall Gisele may not have been as beautiful as the 80s/90s models (what model is?? haha) but she was sooo beautiful compared to the late 90s models. which is when she first arrived. She was a breath of fresh air in the modeling world.
