Singers, performers, and actresses should watch out: Models want their magazine covers back. It was 1998 when Time magazine declared the end of the Supermodel era. Over the last decade, actors, musicians and others celebrities have taken over the magazine stands. But, one of the most iconic members of the 80s and early-90s supermodels, Naomi Campbell, says it’s time to change that. “Of course, we want the magazine covers back. Of course, we do,” Campbell told Celebuzz. “There are less covers for the girls out there who are the new, young, trendy girls. She’s got more to compete with and there are only a certain amount of covers they’re going to give a model a year. Before, you had models twelve months a year.” Campbell wants upcoming models to reclaim the print modeling industry, rather than just be a face on the fashion runway. “When I started modeling, there was a separation of girls that did shows and girls that did print. And my generation did both. That’s when it changed,” she says of how she and others like Christie Turlington, Kate Moss and Cindy Crawford changed the fashion world. With 26 years of experience, she is now the executive producer for Oxygen’s new reality competition show, The Face. The competition features up and coming female models who are all trying to be the next face and spokesperson for a nationally recognized brand. Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha will join Campbell as mentors on the show with former America’s Next Top Model judge, Nigel Barker, hosting.

Sick do you mean Boston? they dont live in NY anymore. We have no idea where she is! theres no sightings, nada. we cant go by facebook because she/they post old pics all the time. (although in the latest one I do think she looks a little thicker...) if its new that would mean she's in Costa Rica. which would be plausible since they always go there after football season. I dont think theyre in Boston anymore. Probably LA or Costa Rica.

same gustavo dont know the big news here. They lived there during the off season in 2012 and everything. I remember some ice cream shop tweeted about catering to their LA home for their anniversary last year. I think Gisele likes it for privacy (she has all the amenities she would never even have to leave her house ) she wasn't papped one time while living in LA whereas in NY or Boston they hound the Brady's. I bet we will see seldom pap pics when they live in their new home. I cant believe photogs are flying from an aerial view taking pics of their new home. I'm wondering about it. When the S/S 2013 campaign was shot Gisele was heavily pregnant so dont know if she could or would shoot. The way they made it sound was Gisele was their new campaign girl so...I dunno. Maye they will have new models for S/S 2013 but I think shes got the contract she took over from Kate Moss.

I dont think its for Vogue NL, the site has posted behind the scenes pics of models shooting for other editions before and I think Vogue NL only really works with Dutch models so far. Hopefully its for Vogue Paris.
