your absolutely right irenistiQ, i practiced about 8-10 hours everyday all through high school and beyond of course i had a mgnificent tutor who played with the paris philharmonic at the time, and i think that makes a big difference a good tutor can keep you motivated for years

so many talented people here i play (in order of fluency) Piano, Keys, Bass, Guitar, Sax, trumpet, Flute, recorder, Santour, Ghanoon, Sitar, Setar, i'm classically trained and almost made it into the vienna royal academy been playing since i was 10, that's 25+ years Used to teach piano, bass and guitar, but that takes a lot of patience, i'm usually hired as a studio musician to recording sessions in studios around california, the pay isn't that good but a lot of fun of course i've been in many bands and i have actually played (and recorded) wth a couple of big wigs over the years currently write songs and play guitar, bass and keys in the band heavy metal harmonica http://www.myspace.com/heavymetalharmonicaband check it out tell me what you think
