Hi Brian,she is Leah Jensen.She has a caracteristic feature: her mole between her nose and her mouth.She was represented by Wilhelmina models agency and elite models too in the '80s.Here there are a random Comp Cards of her agencies.
The same thing happens to me @BlueAcadiathere is a certain kind of faces or specific features of some models that sometimes escapes me.
