I just caught the diff reference....Here's a 2:88 diff from an XJ6 that I stuck in my E-Type. I checked the lash and it was fine. All I did was replace the oil seals and rear gasket. The original 3:30 was horrible on the highway.

I've created a new thread for her...https://www.bellazon.com/main/topic/122099-cea-sunrise-person/

Cea Sunrise Person
I have over a hundred scans from her modelling days with Demetrios. There's also some from a lingerie catalogue from the late 80's. Everything I've found is from around 1990, but I've been chatting with her via email and hope to find more of her work as I learn about her modelling career. The posted images are smaller to conserve bandwidth. I'll place the large, original scans on my Mega drive (or something similar) and add the links to additional posts.

Where do we put these type of threads please? I'll start it and post a PILE of her images. I have many....not that I'm obsessed or anything... ...not really. Oh jeez, now that she's been identified, I'll have to change my avatar.

I have that magazine but the model (now confirmed as Cea) is not listed. However..... My mystery model is absolutely, positively confirmed as Cea Person. I received an answer to my email today and we're chatting about her experiences. She doesn't have any of the photos from back then so I'm sending her all of my scans. She mentioned that there where other ladies also modelling and that she was working out of montreal at the time, where Demetrios was headquartered. I'll suggest that she drop by here too.

I've been following links related to Cea and have read a bit of her story and watched her TedX talk. What this lady has been through and triumphed over is amazing. She's way beyond merely inspirational. I suggest that you all watch this...The Power of Change and Forward Movement | Cea Person | TEDxGastownWomen And I thought it was just about a pretty lady in gorgeous clothes.

Rob slaps his face...smack! Wowy, and a fellow Canuck too. I'm not going to call it a done deal until I write her and ask, but the dates given on her Wiki work well. I'd been looking at a TV host named Vivian Slingerland but Cea fits much better. I'll let ya know what I hear. Are there Starbucks or something similar where you live? This deserves a BIG coffee coupon...or tea. (Rob giggles maniacally and starts typing a nice letter).

Welcome and great to have you here! I would love to hear about your experiences in the industry and yes, I'm terribly interested in some background and fun information about the ladies. I'm particularly interested in women who modeled wedding gowns during the 80's and 90's and have over 54,000 scans from bridal magazines from that era (nothing like having an obsession). Where did you work, North America or Europe or everywhere? Thanks for popping in! I'm sure someone will show you the secret handshake. 🖖

Has something happened to her? I don't always pay attention but I saw that she hasn't been on the site in a year. Please no bad news....maybe just a change in hobbies or interests.

I'm gonna dig through my bridal magazine scans as I'm sure I've seen her modelling gowns mid 80's. Thanks for the ID.

I just found this on a Tumblr blog and believe that the lady on the right is Julie. Can anyone confirm this please? Thanks! Rob.

Thanks a BIG bunch for the ID. It's so great to get a name and some background information of a favourite model. Here's a better image.

This 'Lisa Parker' model. I found her on an old YouTube video for Tab cola from 1983. She looks a LOT like one of my mystery models from various catalogues including some bridal magazines. Could she be the same lady?

I've been collecting pics of Jaguar E-Types used in advertising. There's a LOT, even today. For a car that was last made 50 years ago, it sure has staying power.

Car is a 1956 or 1957 Ford Thunderbird. Thanks to Phil for the ID.

Hi, can I make a suggestion?.... When you (and others) list a whole bunch of models like this, I have almost no idea which name goes with which picture. An example here is the model shown in 'Charles on the Ritz' picture. She looks a LOT like a lady I've been trying to identify for years but I don't know what name (if any) you've ID's her as. Thanks ever so much. Rob.

That brings up a suggestion that I'd like to make. Over in the Vintage 'Naughty' Forum there's a section for solved identifications. People make either a PDF or stick a bunch of the ladies pictures on one sheet (with Photoshop) and post it. There's always some text included on the sheet with personal info and dates active. This makes an excellent resource since ALL id's are in one place and are quick-n-easy to browse. Most of us download them and keep them for our own database. I feel that this should be implemented here. It sure would save a lot of searching.
