Yes it is, it's a great distraction. This thread is the first thing I check every morning ! Part of the reason why this Insta vs bellazon makes me uncomfortable because untill some time back Insta was my source of vs updates because I come from India and its so disconnected from VS, untill I came across bellazon and I loved the fact that that it was more mature interms of how people kept it real here and had a humor to it .... I think Insta fans are just really young and immature and they don't mean harm but only talk from their level of understanding, so when they say things like "maybe bee will walk with a pregnant belly" I don't see it as delusion I see it as immature kids who don't know how the real world works, so when I log in here its a little disheartening to see these kids getting trolled for being innocent in their vision ....I hope this makes sense ...my point is why even address the petty stuff and let this place be a sacred source of all things vs ! -
How true .... i remember I was so sure Behati would get it the year when Lily did ....and I remember being salty for a whole day legit I am not even going to lie. .... Only to be called out by my boyfriend asking why was I pouting so much ...when I told him I was really upset that my favourite angel dint get the FB he laughed so hard it gave me a reality check ! That's the year I realised why get so invested in this to the point where is dictates your mood.... Those angels are living their life being amazing anyways ! Then obviously bee got pregnant so my attention went on to all the other angels ....and I like all of them even Stella ...who people hate with a passion ..

Hahahaha .... Good for her to set the record straight. I dint pay any attention to it knowing it was really stupid to claim you know info because you are x and y s family members. Usually if someone is a really a family member they don't hop on to a fan forum on internet to seek attention by giving away classified information .....

That's not a Behati fan account ! That's barely a VS fan account it was created not even a month ago ! Pls don't drag bee fans in this weird space because I didn't ever see a Behati fan making a fuss about Lais getting the FB. Also, I don't care about this bellazon vs Insta war but victoriasecretpix already announced her prediction on Lais's FB around the same time not a single soul belived she is even elegible for it. Both here and Insta. I think she is legit and doesn't have an account here to get information.

IMO a mark of a good designer is he/she can collaborate within any field of design and have something to say through his/her language. It's design not science and I am sure there are tons of designers who could be both qualified and eager to replace the current design consultant. That wasn't true ? Huh ! i belived her !

Exactly this is what I was trying to say but couldn't articulate properly. I want them to replace Sophia with someone who has a distinct sense of style, because under her supervision there are 10% wings/outifts are probably spectacular (only because the artisans are mini genius's ) and the rest are fabulous ....but 40% of the wings and looks pure fillers and afterthought. When Todd worked we only had 10% filler/ ok outfits/looks and rest everything was beautiful and cohesive. I don't want Todd back I don't even want to get into the racial aspect of it... But it's not wrong to say that Victoria Secret fashion show isn't what it used to be because there is some truth to it when you come down to the outfits... There is no dearth of talented artisans but to have a compromised vision to accommodate the same artisans again and again is just plain lazy.... A real creative head would find artisans who fulfill your vision and bring what you have in mind to reality.

The problem with Sophia is this, she doesn't have a vision of her own. She knows which artisan is good with what sort of work and let's that dictate the themes. These artisans have a signature style and in essence the wings every year end up looking similar ... Todd used to come up with a more distinct vision and made sure the artisans contributed to his vision. Not the other way around. VS needs to hire a better creative lead if they can't bring back Todd, Sophia seems to be one trick pony ...

I am kinda impressed by VS being so tight lipped about the show this year. .... every year they share so many details of the show and the fans judge it left right and centre like no tomorrow ! While some criticism looks valid to me .....95% of the reaction is plain dumb and uniformed on how much goes into these things ..... I dont want to jinks it but I am going to say it. This might be a good year after a long time .....?

I think Jasmine got the same amount of attention that Lais did ! This year VS did a good job keeping it a secret for this long and having a date of reveal. Last year every news came out as a surprise so the anticipation never got built up for us as fans and it was like boom these are sketches.... Boom these are the performers .....boom Jas got the fb .... Then boom boom boom litrelly all outfits revealed inthe fitting itself.... Also, let's also consider every year the social media attention and fandom is doubling so jasmins FB reveal can't be compared with lais's to begin with. It's unfair .... Let's just keep it at ... both the girls were amazing .... atleast in my view point.

^^^ Same ! I was amongst the people who called her boring on the runway ....but I take it back and I am so glad I was wrong. I see why people adores her and I adore her too ...everytime I watch her in that FB I get blown away by how someone can look this good and I love how fluently she speaks and has a charm about herself. ... I could watch Lais's first reaction more time than I did but Sophia's voice in the background make me want to jam my fingers in my ears ... But Lais's reaction makes me calmer lol PS -Can we acknowledge how shopias voice basically ruins so many good outfit reveal videos .... !!!

I might legit be the only person who never cared for Barbara Palvin .... Maybe because the only year she walked was the first show that I watched of VS which got me interested in VSFS and VS and her walk was so undeniably bad even for me to go "why is walking so slow and weird ?" And i never notices such things in the first viewings ... I later got to know her and get that she has a huge following and ofcourse she is gorgeous but I never really felt her getting let go had any impact ...

Oh my god ! Sophias words were harsh, I understand this industry is brutal and cut throat but she didn't have to make such remarks to begin with. Kate response of "people you've never met have an opinion of you." is a classy way of putting Sophia back in her place. Was never a fan of Kate to begin with but no one can deny her popularity around the time she got famous. How she handled the fame is a different thing ...

The new angels seem to have this natural bond because they got their contract together and shared the media attention with each other so I am sure that brought them closer than ever as it was a common huge experience for them ... I think also, the older angels are married and have their own kids and much more personal lives to focus on apart from VS so I don't think behaving like a girl gang is their priority .... I think ale and adri were close around the same point that the NA are rite now but they just grew out their own which is natural

I personally haven't come across anyone linking Behati with lais's FB. All I see are positivity and if anything people shutting down the haters to stop saying Candice or Elsa deserved it ! Also, Behati did not fit into the corset because it wasn't suppose to be worn by her in the first place ....so ...?! It's clear that Lais was the intended FB wearer to begin with because it was made according to her measurements, no other angel has her boob size. I am assuming Behati and Adam planned on having a second baby this soon which is why she didn't work during her gap months. I have a theory she communicated this with the vs executives.

I don't think she is wearing the silver wings .... My guess is they were trying to distract her in pretence of fittings only to reveal the FB ! Or atleast they repaint the wings to golden because silver and golden wouldn't look aesthetically pleasing. And I honestly hope they don't layer it with a bra under the FB. Didn't Jasmine wear hers without a bra underneath??

Omg, Lais's reaction was adorable and priceless ! I had tears in my eyes seeing her reaction and I swear i don't get moved this easily. I was glad she got the FB when the leaks were out but the official video is the real thing ! She looks so amazing in it and to see her not even expect the FB and get it was amazing to watch ! So excited to watch her strut down the runway in this FB and the name sounds amazing for the bra. Champagne nights give out the mood of celebrations and festivity ! Kudos to the whole VS team to do it good 2 years in a row with the FB being a big deal ....

First of all huge congratulations to Lais honestly did not believe it would happen because -VS is stingy when it comes to actually giving FB with real merit .... Also one small step for Lais but a huge step in regards to crushing the stigma attached to VS that Jasmine was a token black women FB wearer for a few years so Lais doesn't stand a chance ! I am happy that the colour of the skin din't hamper Lais in getting her moment to shine Yes, agree with lais's boobs being as real as gisele's (who also has gotten a boob job if I am not missinformed) both Gisele and Lais have gotten it done in a perfect proportion. And I call BS on anyone claiming they have a naturally tiny waist and also are naturally busty.... Look at Leticia who's boob to waist ratio is real.... You gain weight and gain inches in the waist along with the boobs ... Lais's waist is imo too tiny to be able to have that size bust. Let's not kid ourself ....it's perfectly amazing how her body looks anyway ..
