Well, Marisa herself confirms it: this is, somehow, her first campaign as an Angel. I like what CBS' caption says: "Model Marisa Miller made her debut as Victoria's Secret's newest Angel. She will join top Angel Heidi Klum in headlining the annual Victoria's Secret fashion show."

^ Well, this whole "she's the new Angel" thing to me is suspect from the beginning since the original article to break the news wasn't exactly what I consider a reliable source, and since the original article is always blindly copied by other sites, I wouldn't be surprised if this is all a misunderstanding caused by a site that didn't know what it was talking about. Or, since a lot of the articles mention her signing a multi-year contract, perhaps she was initially signed to a one-year contract and now that she's proven herself, it's been extended and VS now feels free to publicize it.

The Monday game was canceled, but the commissioner didn't move it to another stadium because the Texans' owner didn't want to lose the revenue of a home game, so instead the game has been pushed back to November, meaning the Ravens just lost their bye week because of greed and the NFL's poor decision making. :anger:

^^ The only thing more I'll say about what I meant is that anything is possible, and any team can be beaten under some circumstances, so to state who is beatable and who isn't purely in concept is so pointless and obvious that the only reason a person would bother mentioning it is as a thinly veiled set of predictions. That said, I'm just going to wait for the Pats-Jets game. If Cassel can pull off a win, I'll grant him a little more leniency.

Cassel hasn't started a game since HIGH SCHOOL, and Billichick will have to dumb down the playbook for him, and when you dumb down the playbook for the QB, the whole offense will be reduced in effectiveness even with that receiver core. The Chargers have a bone to pick with the Pats after losing consecutive playoff appearances to them, so it'll take a miracle to beat the Chargers, whom the Pats could barely beat with Brady. The Colts' loss to the Bears will probably prove to be the kick in the ass they needed to get back to top form. Hell, I wouldn't even say it's a guaranteed win against the Cardinals. But the Chiefs, Rams, Bills, Raiders, and 49ers... yeah, they're all screwed.
