It would be nice if all the models had the pics available, because it could make a difference (but it may not). I was thinking earlier whether I should vote based on what I know the unedited photos look like or should I vote only on the photos after editing. The only downside I can think of from using them, would be if a model without topless pics had avoided taking them to hide something she didn't want seen. That seems somewhat unlikely. It's probably better to use them anyway.
