Seems likely, I just checked IG and she's not following her boyfriend anymore and there are no photos of him in her feed going back to 2018. Think she cleaned up her IG and finally moved on from that guy. Edit: Found one, January 2019. No recent traces of him, but TBH she always kinda hides him.

Congrats to Elsa! On a completely different note.... based on her IG over the years, I think she's going to have a tremendously hard time adapting to mom life.
