The dress is from Atelier Versace (Haute Couture) F/W 1998. She wore it for the 9th Annual Fire and Ice Ball in 1999 at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, CA. The event, one of the biggest Hollywood fundraisers of the year, benefited the Revlon/UCLA Women's Cancer Research Program and featured Versace's new collection. Spoiler Erin O'Connor originally modelled the dress on the runway; later, it was worn by Naomi Campbell at the joint De Beers and Versace "Diamonds are Forever" event in London, 1999.
