She's only backtracking because she knows it wasn't her place to spread those rumours and it's probably hurting her brand, and possibly even her friendships, especially because now people might know better than to talk to her about anything. At the end of the day, she doesn't really know any of those girls, so for her to say that about a stranger or someone she supposedly looks up to... Yikes.

I can't even begin to understand her motivation for sharing that rumor. Like, what does she get from it? I get that it was probably exciting or whatever to hear that "secret" but did she ever stop to think about whether it was true or not, or the reactions she'd get? It was such a stupid thing to do, especially for someone who might want to book the show, since she just closed that door for herself.

Apparently she was still a minor when they got together, I heard he was already 18 or 19 when they started dating...
