Could it be this guy? https://www.instagram.com/emir_uyar/ She followed him in the Cannes days this year I believe, he is some kind of Turkish buinessman and in his ig description it says Istanbul/LA/Venice. He is similar to the guy in the pictures. Apparently he bought an island in Venice in 2015: http://www.hurriyetdailynews.com/opinion/gila-benmayor/which-turkish-company-bought-venices-san-clemente-island--82274 (Great, we are selling my country peice by piece to rich foreigners...)

I wouldn't give that much credit to that until we get more trustworthy infos: it's from a Turkish source, and the past taught us to really doubt everything that comes from that country... and she learnt her leason about Turkey too, renouncing to a probably very well paid job there last year.

As @lucyford said it's probably for her eyesight problems, anyway I prefer her without, the natural blue-green color is better then this more blue one.

She was in Korea, maybe she was joking using a filter to look more Asian. She never used contact lenses (besides an Halloween costume if I remember well), it's her eyes everytime. They can seem a bit lighter or darker depending of the environment light.

It makes sense, it could all be related to her new brand in development.

No idea, probably she decided for the other one with her stylist. I can get why, it was a more formal event, with even ambassadors and politicians there (Ban Ki Moon himself, former UN Secretary General), so an hot look like that would have been too much. There aren't even low quality pictures around the usual sites, even on Getty images there's nothing, so I think we won't get anything sadly.
