If Rosa is short for Grossen the model might be the sister of model Pauline Grossen. Pauline refers to her sister Julie as the girl in the hat (I think) in this blog and the only model with a hat is the model known as "Rosa". https://paulineg.wordpress.com/2010/02/18/filosofy/
